For starters won’t mention names but I’ll call the waitress “Karen”! So I’ve been going here all my life I even worked here was t recruited by the original owners Nick and Harry when I was in 6 th grade and worked there till I was in the 10th grade! So this past week I took my sister out for a late dinner I ordered the hot turkey sandwich she ordered the Turkey roast, e we got our food very fast they looked identical to me my sister didn’t like hers she said it was too salty and there was no stuffing! I told her it looked just like my meal just minus the bread! Tried getting the waitress Karen’s attention who could tell we wanted to complain about something cause we were the only table in the restaurant and she was avoiding us! She finally came after about 9 minutes my sister told her the situation and Karen immediately copped an attitude then she got the manager the owners wife and she came over with an attitude complaining to my sister she shouldn’t have ordered it if she knew she was gonna send it back because bite they have to throw it out because of my sister! So then I asked why is it it looks just like the turkey sandwich when it’s supposed to be a turkey roast? But again both Karen’s are just yelling at us about how they have to throw it out then I turned to the waitress Karen and said you copied an attitude from the beginning and she steps back and says “ I’m going to call the police on you, do you want me to call the police on you?” I said yes absolutely please call them Karen do they can sue you for existing time and emergency funds of the cities 911 when it’s supposed to be used for emergencies and clearly you don’t have a clue what that is! Then Karen manager came with the bill and I went up to the register and told Karen manager it’s quite sad that I came here pretty much all my life and she has to end it by being so I’m professional and childish so as much as I love the day shift waitresses and I’ll miss you Tammy but I will never retire to The Old Port Inn and I will be sure to let all my family and friends and all my friends in public service as well as my military friends and Veterans on how un professional Old Port Inn restaurant is and how immature that Karen waitress was when I called her out for her attitude and she wanted to call The police just plain PATHETIC and I’m embarrassed for all of them! everything was delicious . the fish and chips were so good, the waitress and hostess were very nice and took good care of me and my wife. we saw jason carr talk about this place on facebook and had to check it out, definitely coming back

Old time family style restaurant with a senior menu, lots of offerings and generous portions of home style foods. They serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. Waitstaff is very friendly and very helpful. They definitely serve what you would call comfort food.
