This is my new favorite Taco Bell, the reason is Dashaila. She made our night! We visited on January 3, at 10:24 PM. We had just visited two other different fast food, restaurants, where all of our interactions were void of humanity; No smiles, all drudgery, and the food was really weird. When we arrived at this Taco Bell after those interactions, we were pleasantly surprised by Dashaila. She greeted us with a happy sounding voice, and a sincerity you don’t often find in a drive-through. She was so pleasant and kind, she truly made our night! We received the order super quick and it was all perfect. It also tasted really good! Please give her a raise!!

I visit this location fairly often for lunch. It is always fast service and the tacos and nachos are loaded in comparison to other locations. Food is always hot!

This Taco Bell is excellent now! They have had issues in the past, but not anymore. Please give them a try. I just ordered and they filled everything to the max, it was fresh, hot and tasty. Yum!!

This is fast food guys. I have came multiple times and waited 30 min+ with 8 cars in the line. I genuinely have no idea what they are doing in there. This is the last time I will go this location. Have been waiting for an hour for my food. Again, this is FAST FOOD. This place needs a change in management it needs to be shutdown.

Like any corporate fast food restaurant, this place has hiccups. The difference is that the management here is honest, clear, and accommodating. Every time I’ve had to get something fixed, it’s done with the highest fidelity of work, and I feel like I’m actually being listened to as a customer. That’s difficult to maintain in a regular restaurant, let alone fast food. Happy to say this is my neighborhood Taco Bell.

If I could give it zero stars, I would. As I was walking up at 7:55 to pick up my large 50 taco order I had already placed, the worker locked the door in my face and refused to acknowledge me or respond to me asking if I could just pick up. The line for the drive through was backed up probably twelve people, and we waited 15 minutes before I gave up because we were already late. If it were 8, I would get that I missed my opportunity. It was not. If the manager bothered calling me back, I would never write a review. No response whatsoever. No tacos. No reimbursement.
Every time we order, we have to wait 30-40 minutes for our order. Today they forgot our order and so I had to remind them. It still took an extra 10 minutes and one of vegetarian items was wrong. We waited a total of 45 minutes. Don’t go here, there’s two others close by. Terrible service.

Your staff standards are completely unacceptable, and managers allowing staff to mock paying customers in front of their face is deplorable. As a returning customer to this specific franchise I have never experienced such a substandard work environment here or anywhere else I have been. I will not return to this location based off the employee and managers actions from my experience tonight. If this is what Great Lakes Taco LLC is offering for service I can guarantee we will never support any of these rancid franchises again. If I could leave zero stars for everything I would.

This taco bell should be closed down. Some of the worst service i’ve ever seen. I consistently receive the wrong order with a side of the worst attitude from the workers i’ve ever encountered. I just left there, the bag was shoved in my face, window slammed shut. and it’s the wrong food, once again. im all set now. customer service is dead.
