Customer service at this location is awful. I waited over 30 minutes for my food. When I asked for an update for 3rd time, I was told that they weren’t making it and cancel my order and they were not refunding my money. Finally after I called the cops for stealing my money and not refunding and called my son because they refused to give me back my money they finally gave it me the food. The food was cold, squished and nasty. And the lady who gave to me gave me an attitude. Never in my life have I experienced what I experienced tonight anywhere. Terrible.

The dude constantly working the drive thru is so incredibly creepy. Every time I have been here he has leaned out the window to stare at me sitting in my car, long after communication has ended and either my card has been retrieved or cash change has been received. He literally just leans out the window, as I am sitting there and my fight or flight is activating, just to STARE.
SO AS I AM SITTING THERE IN SILENCE WAITING FOR THE FOOD I JUST PAID FOR, HE IS PHYSICALLY HALF WAY OUT THE WINDOW WORDLESSLY STARING AT ME/ INTO MY VEHICLE FOR A GOOD LONG MINUTE.

You guys really need to send some kind of district manager to this location ASAP. This behavior is the antithesis of hospitality 👎🏼🤮

is it possible to decrease minimum wage? cause the customer service sucks. the employees are incompetent and been waiting 25 plus minutes for a drink as im writing this review not to mention we ordered online and spent 15 staring at are food behind the counter trying to get someone's attention, tacos were wet and soggy as seaweed. in short food sucked employees sucked and service sucked

Very poor communication skills with all staff. Was wrongly terminated with no reason. Supervisor Jessica Mann accuses me of no communication when I told to come in on days that I wasn't scheduled for and then cut my hours. My training was not given properly on top of I was push to complete online training at the last minute because of a corporate inspection. By far the worstest job ever

Unbelievable place. Will not be returning here again. One after one on a busy night taking a cigarette break rather than helping customers at front and cooking the foods. Definitely needs better management and fully run down. It should not take 20 minutes to just come and help me and then another 20 minutes to make a singular bean burrito

This location has gone down so bad. Our order on 5/16/25 was a mess. Never seen wrappers so moist and ugly!!! They forgot the nuggets!! Piss poor attitudes from employees as well!! Food was not made with care at all. Been going there for years. This will be our last visit!!

probably one of the slowest taco bell’s i’ve ever been to in my life; i was picking up a doordash and stood at the counter inside for 10 minutes with no one coming to see me so i then decided to leave the store and go through the drive through and still extremely slow with workers sitting in the back doing absolutely nothing when they could be helping get the store back on track. Will not be returning absolutely ridiculous.

Just consistent wrong orders, and lacking requested additional items; despite charging you for it. Do yourself a favor and drive the extra mile to the Crooks Rd location
