Extremely rude and unprofessional. Visit was on 02.08.25 night shift. Both the woman taking the orders Coworker should not be in a role that requires interface with customers. Terrible service skills.

The last 3 visits in 2024 weren’t the best. I finally decided to give another try today only to find out they have eliminated the build your own cravings box. Guess I won’t be giving them another try, still offered at other local but apparently this owner is doing his own thing. Good luck to them.

This location has shorted my order every single time I’ve gone through the drive thru. Terrible customer service not even offering to give a refund when they don’t give you your order and you get home before realizing it. They say just come back another time and you will get what we forgot.
Stale taco shell for my hard taco. Ordered steak quesadilla but was given chicken. This used to be a good taco bell, what happened? Edit: why is the lobby never opened?

New A.I. did not have options I needed. When I requested to speak with representative about the order mistake, the employee said I needed to use A.I. or I would not be served.
Then she refused to serve me.
No idea about why.
Use any other location.
