Nothing quite like showing up and being completely ignored by staff. Hours on window and online both say they close at 3 AM. But I couldn't get a single member to come to the window at 12:20 AM. Very nice

The ai machine that takes our orders in the drive through seems to crash a lot….very frustrating.

Spent 50 minutes in drive-thru. Finally my 15 yo niece called to ask why it was so slow and was hung up on repeatedly until at one point the guy who answered asked her if he could “get some throat” while making moaning noises. They told people in drive-thru they were closed (even though it was 1030 pm and their hours are 8am-3am), that they were behind bc of too many DoorDash orders, that they ran out of food, and that they ran out of headsets. We never got food. They clearly didn’t want to work and had zero regard for their customers.

The Night Shift at this location is horrible. When I placed the order, both of my beverages were flat , My tacos were broken instead of them fixing another one. They decided to just put another taco shell up under it as if I ordered a crunch wrap. Seems like maybe they’re letting people wait on their food get cold deliberately.

Anything but fast service. I ended up pulling out of the drive through and going to Taco Bell on livernois where I'm sure my food was still ready before they had it at the window at the crooks location. Constantly out of ingredients or having issues later in the day too.

Place online order at 10:03pm. We arrived at 10:15pm. Drive thru was blocked by a promotional sign and doors were locked. We called at 10:19pm and they said they were temporarily closed due to being short staffed and more people were coming at 10:30pm. We waited until they reopened at 10:30pm. We saw no other staff or people come into the building between the time we called and the time they reopened. Got to the speaker at 10:30pm and the window at 10:40pm. We told them our order name, they handed us 1 of our 2 drinks, and they told us to pull around front and wait for our food. We waited 15 mins before we called at 10:55pm asking where is our food. They said they didn’t know what happened but they’re making it now. Food came out ~5 mins later. It took over 45 mins for us to get our food. This whole experience was horrible and not handled well by staff. In the past this location has been fine, at the during daytime. Would not recommend going to this location after this experience

Refused to make my delivery order. Had to get DoorDash involved. Then the proceeded to give me 7 of the wrong tacos. 0 customer service, 0 professionalism, 0 care for any order made at all.

I want to shoutout the staff working from 10pm on July 4th, they were slammed and they did an amazing job getting everyone’s orders and helping out their customers, would give 100/5 stars if I could!!!
