First and last time I'll be here! Stopped in for a quick breakfast/coffee. I asked for bacon MULTIPLE times. I got sausage. When I tried to tell them they at first ignored me until another nice customer told them to help me. I told them what was wrong (wasn't a huge deal at this moment) to which it was asked if they can just put bacon on it and call it good. I said no I just want bacon please I can't do sausage (it's was being as polite as I could at this point) to which... I don't wanna say "at me" more "under her breathe" she cussed about having to "re make the food" I got it back rather quickly and was kinda confused but whatever. well I get to my truck and get to where I'm going and go to eat AND THERES STILL SAUSAGE IN IT. They picked out half the sausage and just thru bacon on top and called it a day! This is ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. Between the wrong food. The horrible customer service. And the being lazy and can't remake the food YOU messed up is not ok! And I will NEVER come back to this tims! 10/10 don't recommend! Please go else where if at all possible! It's not worth the hassle and a ruined morning. And I wish I could've just got my money back.

Went there two days ago, but when I got there 20 minutes before closing all the lights were turned off! Someone was in there sweeping the floor. So I left and went to different location.

The customer service was horrible. I went to drive through and the guy took our order. He was rushing and rude. Didn't take our order correctly and ended up giving us wrong item.

Stopped by yesterday. First went in, and was not waiting on, so tried the drive-thru. After placing order, waited 15 minutes. Person ahead left empty handed. After several more minutes, we left with nothing. Went to one on Woodward, and promptly got our coffee.
Follow-up: I heard back from corporate. Donald messaged me to say all the staff is trained with in-store speed-of-service. Okay, great. But we didn't experience any service. The least they could have done is say sorry you had a bad experience. Here's an ice capp on us.

I often stop for a late breakfast or lunch here when I go to visit my mom at her senior living community. My first career was in customer satisfaction, and I’ve always felt Tim Horton stores do a good job in this respect.
However, maybe things are changing. I just ordered a cheese panini and a British breakfast tea. I had to convince the young man taking my order, who I’m guessing is a new employee, that Tim Hortons offers British Breakfast tea. No problem, he’ll learn.
But the person who brought my cheese panini to the window gave me the most surly look—like he wished I would drop dead—when I sincerely said thank you.
I was a waitress all through college. One thing I learned quickly is responding pleasantly to an understanding customer is both easy and lucrative. Plus it can make you feel better about a job you may not like doing.
I don’t normally write reviews and when I do they’re generally positive. Someone needs to help this young man understand the basics of customer service. He has an excellent model working his shift today, a gentleman more my age (who’s waited on me before), who did not witness this interaction, but who I suspect would have been as appalled as I was.
Rudeness makes an impact. While the food satisfied my hunger, the exchange w/this employee was a cloud in an otherwise beautiful day.

I was a regular there for about 3 months the staff during the 3 months were always nice and friendly to me until one day one a employee gave me a crumble donut I couldn't believe it I was already at work and could not return that day so I returned the next day and told a employee and both employees were rude to me the lead person in charge rolled her eyes she gave me another donut and said have a nice day without apologizing I was so disappointed because I came there many times and everyone was so nice to me I will never return there again it was so disappointing for the staff to act that way when they have seen me many times come into the business and spend money I will never return there again ever I had to force a apology out of them which was totally uncalled for all they had to say was sorry I felt so disrespected and for someone to give a customer a crumbled donut is totally disrespectful

Rude. Barely speak, are rude (shake the bag at you), and forget things in your order. And the parking lot is a joke.

Parking: It's next to impossible to get out of the parking lot if someone in a big car is in the drive through

Counter person seemed annoyed by our presence. Fine. I’ve never been to Tim Hortons or gotten a drink there and I was asking what the difference between “liquid” sugar and the sugar as in ordering quantities… and she was like “one is liquid” cool so. There’s no difference in the sweetness? One sugar packet is equivalent to one liquid sugar? She just looked at me like I was an idiot. So I ordered as many sugars and creams as I would if I were getting a coffee with sugar packets and surprise surprise. It was disgusting. Like syrup. Fine. My fault for not being in on coffee culture and knowing my perfect order. But the soup?! The soup was a crime. It was just hot water with dedicated broccoli bits in it. If you don’t have soup just don’t sell soup. You don’t have to make some disgusting hot water thing because you’re annoyed. Ew.

Literal human dried feces in the men’s bathroom. It had to be there for hours as it was dried and had foot impressions. It was everyone. Toilet. Walls. Bathroom flour and leading out.

The store smelled of burned coffee and feces.

Will never be back.

A girl at the drive thru does not know what she’s doing. She told me that a drink had caffeine when it did not so I did not get to order it because of her lack of knowledge. This store is amazing! Don’t get me wrong at all it’s just this employee she did not know what she was doing.
