I just had to leave the drive thru where things are supossefully fast....I got there at 750 and it took a whole 10 mins to make my smoothie and I had to drive off and not get my smoothie that I paid for.
I ordered a pomegranate plunge no bananas and I got bananas and I had a reaction from that I’m totally aggravated

Keith is truly an exceptional employee. I really appreciate the way he came to work ready to assist customers with genuine care and attention. I ordered an apple to go, and he went above and beyond taking the time to slice it into four pieces, carefully choosing the right knife to avoid any cross-contamination, and wrapping it neatly. Something as simple as an apple was made into a thoughtful experience, and because of Keith’s kindness and attention to detail, I’ll definitely be returning to this location.

Even though they are usually understaffed, they get you in and out pretty quickly and the food is fresh
Ordered a Peanut Butter Cup smoothie here (mostly banana, hardly any chocolate and even less peanut butter). Was trying to get a 12oz but this is no longer available despite still being advertised on the website.
The woman who took my order was very nasty, same as the woman at the 12 Mile Madison Heights location. Idk what the issue is, but they’re very unfriendly and curt. I think TSC needs to train its employees, or at least pay them so they have an incentive to be nice at bare minimum.
Done with Tropical Smoothie Cafe. Employees are rude af and this spans locations.
Terrible location. Manager was rude. My açaí bowl was rock hard. Do not spend your money here.

Yes! My kind of place. I was in and out, staff were great, pleasant with the right attitude. I recommend this location.
I love this location my favorite smoothies are the Peanut Butter Cup, and Blueberry blis!
