It’s crazy. I came in to get the Lions deal food, and a smoothie was told they couldn’t honor it in the store with the sticker around the window.

I ordered 3 smoothies from their app for delivery. They passed the delivery on to Door Dash. It was not delivered to the correct address, once I finally retrieved it (from the wrong address), there were no stickers over the lid/straw holes (tamper proofing)...and no straws! Manager was supposed to call me over a week ago to discuss. Still waiting

I just had to leave the drive thru where things are supossefully fast....I got there at 750 and it took a whole 10 mins to make my smoothie and I had to drive off and not get my smoothie that I paid for.
I ordered a pomegranate plunge no bananas and I got bananas and I had a reaction from that I’m totally aggravated

Keith is truly an exceptional employee. I really appreciate the way he came to work ready to assist customers with genuine care and attention. I ordered an apple to go, and he went above and beyond taking the time to slice it into four pieces, carefully choosing the right knife to avoid any cross-contamination, and wrapping it neatly. Something as simple as an apple was made into a thoughtful experience, and because of Keith’s kindness and attention to detail, I’ll definitely be returning to this location.
