The drinks were excellent, and the décor and overall ambiance were beautiful. Unfortunately, our experience was severely impacted by the unprofessional behavior of the bartenders. We were visiting to celebrate my friend’s birthday — something she rarely gets the opportunity to do due to holiday commitments — and we made a point to make the evening special. We purchased a bottle from your establishment and spent well over $200 on drinks.
As individuals with backgrounds in the service industry, we understand the demands of hospitality and always lead with patience and respect. Sadly, the level of rudeness we encountered was unacceptable and completely detracted from what should have been a memorable celebration. Because of this experience, we will not be returning.

We were blown away by this cool bar that we stumbled upon while out in downtown Clawson. Walked in at 10 pm and we were seated at the bar immediately. In the future I would make a reso because I think we just got lucky that there was room. The Alpine theme of the bar put us in a festive mood, service was phenomenal (bartenders were smiling and seemed like they were enjoying what they were doing, a major plus), drinks were delicious and the presentation and flavors were fun and unique. Great music, great vibe. I love how the menu is done with a great description of what you'll get and the vessel it will come in (prices were great too). Just the level of care the owners have put into every detail was something I have not seen before. Loved it. Can't wait to return.

This distillery had the perfect Halloween vibe. The entire place was filled with spooky decorations, from the lighting to the details on every table, and even the menu was Halloween-themed. Their drinks were so creative and aesthetic considering they were served in fun glasses shaped like the Scream mask, spooky skulls, and scary trees, which added so much to the atmosphere. The service itself was great. Our hostess was incredibly sweet and friendly, and she went out of her way to get us a booth even though only bar seats were available. The only downside was the long wait time. When we arrived, we were told it would be about a two and a half hour wait. Then, when we came back after two and a half hours, we still had to wait an additional 15-20 minutes before we were seated. Unfortunately, our drinks were not quite to our liking, which was disappointing since we really wanted to love this place. We ordered the Nospiratu, Witch of Delray, Cabin in the Woods, and Scream Saver 2.0. Still, the overall experience and Halloween aesthetic made it such a cute and fun spot to visit.

Forced Payment and Possible Discrimination
I had a terrible experience here. Due to my expired ID ( even I showed the validated ID with photo), I couldn’t order alcohol, which I accepted. However, after switching drinks with my friend (ID is validated but she is driver and sentensive to almond inside of drink she ordered), the manager accused us of breaking rules, ask us to leave and forced us to pay an unexpected 22% gratuity. No sign no label and no communication before we asked. The whole process is kind of full of white arrogance. The waiter only checked our IDs and ignored others. I felt unfairly targeted, possibly because our driver’s licenses were from out of state or due to discrimination of ethnicity. This treatment was unprofessional and unacceptable. Leave my lasting night at Detroit with depression. With all of this unfriendly, unprofessional, disrespectful experience, I do not recommend this place.

Weiss offers such a romantic, mysterious and cozy atmosphere with speakeasy vibes. Their craft cocktails are harmoniously out with unique house-made spirits and mixers. Jake was so friendly and attentive. He is a master at what he does and will come up with a fun concoction if you suggest to him what you like! I even love the fresh popcorn as a delightful added touch! Definitely worth the stop before drinks if you’re in Clawson!
The first time my friends and I visited, we didn’t stay long. We thought Weiss was cute, but in short, an issue with the seating prompted us to leave without really experiencing the bar. However, the owner (who seems to really care about his establishment) reached out, so we decided to give this place another shot. And I’m glad we did. We returned Halloween weekend. The decor and the music were a nice vibe, but I was most impressed by the bartender and his yummy drinks. I would recommend this place. I’d also recommend making a reservation ahead of time.

This place is great most of the time. Around Halloween, they pretend that they are the most exclusive spot in the area. I'm not sure if it's the management, or the staff but they lie about how busy they are. In the month of October, we walked in 5 minutes after they opened and were told it was a 5 hour wait 😂. We were seated much quicker. I've experienced this multiple times. They will also tell you that they're reserved for the whole month of October. I guess they do not know how to leave room for walk-ins, even at the bar. They seem very new/unprofessional. Other times of the year they are a great spot to visit though!

I had an amazing time here! The atmosphere is so cool and relaxed, with fun, creative drinks and excellent service all around. A special shoutout to our hostess, Dua—she was outstanding. Her ability to handle the chaos of a busy night with such grace and professionalism really stood out to me, especially as a former waitress myself. She kept us informed about our seating and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back!
