This was the best experience at Wendy’s I have ever had. Everything here was perfect including the lovely lady that served me, Kate. She took my very long order very carefully and there wasn’t one mistake in that beautiful bag of food. It was delicious and i’m feeling blessed to go back with the fam tomorrow! Hope Kate serves us again!

The lobby is unexpectedly closed, sometimes, then I have to wait in the drive through for 20 minutes to get my prepaid mobile order. Usually can't go wrong with the chili but today it was all watery with no meat beans or anything. I threw it out. I usually like Wendy's burgers tho

You simply just can eat at these fast food restaurants anymore. The employees are just to damn lazy plus they past your food around to each other with out any gloves before they put it in the bag I’m so annoyed. Then this location has the nerve to put a sick old lady at the window that’s coughing handily money and putting your food in the bag before passing it to you. I just knew I had a gut feeling not to go to this location. Never again will I eat at this location ever again. Eat at your own risk.

I was picking up a order and the door was locked at 3:00pm and it’s not that busy at all and when I when through the drive-through tried tell me to come in and get it but how can do pick up if they lock the door when they want I was sitting and waiting in the Drive-through for 25 mins waiting on a order

Where should I begin?well I was actually an Employee there and now I’m no longer biting my tongue!!on 1/3/25 there was feces and urine running down the hallway from the bathrooms,which is why the lobby was closed yesterday.none of the condiments are ever fresh,sometimes to keep the meat warm we use to fill up metal containers with the hot water from the coffee machine and put the meat in them,some people make sandwiches with their bare hands,I wouldn’t buy a frosty from there if you guys could see the black stuff that comes out of those machines,I’ve watched people drop food on the nasty floors in that store which are never cleaned properly and sell it to customers!!!!the nuggets and Chicken are never fully cooked through,and yes certain things are re dropped in the grease for the “keep it fresh” look and taste!!that’s correct ladies and gentlemen from 10-12am the meat you guys are served sits in metal containers with hot water to keep warm and look fresh!!!the pop machines are never cleaned,and we just recently started to break the frosty machines down completely to clean the properly,wanna know how you guys frostys are made after 10pm?we take cups with our hands and dip them inside of metal buckets to fill you guys cups,sometimes people do it with the gloves they’ve had on while touching bloody meat that they were cooking!!!not to mention the reason why women have a hard time using the rest room there is because us men employees also use that “woman’s” restroom and urinate all over the toilet seat due to the men’s restroom never functioning properly!!!
