I came in today and they were extremely busy and short staffed. There was a new kid on the register named Quinton he was very polite and got my food fast. He had one of his employees Tabitha helping him out. (You could tell he was really nervous but he acted like a pro. Lol) this was a great experience going to this location and really seeing team work at its finest. Definitely will be coming back.
I went through the drive-thru to pick up my lunch. The young lady Serenity had a very bubbly personality and friendly. What a refreshing change. Usually at fast food restaurants, the employees are unfriendly and don't say thank you or have a nice day. It was nice to see a young lady who is enjoying her job and customers. She is an asset to Wendy's on Main Street in Clawson, Michigan.
This was the best experience at Wendy’s I have ever had. Everything here was perfect including the lovely lady that served me, Kate. She took my very long order very carefully and there wasn’t one mistake in that beautiful bag of food. It was delicious and i’m feeling blessed to go back with the fam tomorrow! Hope Kate serves us again!
