We almost missed the entrance off the road, but we were glad that we didn't. We ate inside, but the outside bar was open. The dining room was quiet, with a nice view of the lake. The service was very good and the food was great. I definitely recommend this place.
If you enjoy eating on a dock, watching private boats pass by, or to come up the canal to dock for food, then this place is for you! Well worth whatever time it takes you to drive or sail to the restaurant.
Food was ok, service was excellent, but what really bothered me was someone brought a large hunting dog into the restaurant, and the cook came out to meet the people/dog, and petted the dog, who proceeded to trot around the dining area before going outside…YUK! I love dogs, but not in a restaurant! Cook, I sure hope you washed your hands before resuming cooking!
