“We asked for 2 combos. They haven't had large cups the last 3 times we've been in. He didn't listen and didn't ring us up for combos. Gave us ONE napkin for 2 people, and an almost $30 order. When I said we asked for combos the mgr refunded the entire order, to rering it as combos. So 2 holds were put on my credit card, instead of just FIXING THEIR MISTAKE. We will NEVER come back. Teach your employees to PAY ATTENTION and ring orders up correctly instead of treating your customers like it's their mistake when IT WAS YOURS. Very poor customer service. For the prices you charge, the service should be phenomenal. The manager didn't apologize for the mistake. Had an attitude and said "I don't know what was in your bag." Well you knew my order was $30 so it was OBVIOUSLY more than one item. Maybe they share napkins in her family, or just wipe their hands on their clothes. Idk. The food is not good enough to deal with consistently poor service. Bad service and overpriced food as your reputation is really stupid in a small town where EVERYONE talks.”

I had fish and chips asked for a salad instead of coleslaw and they charged me 5 dollars more for a tiny salad!!! I felt ripped off!! The manager needs to removed they don't know how to run restaurant!!! I will never go back!!! Birchrun restaurant never had problem! Clio is nightmare every time I've been there!!! Stop ripping people off!!! Done with them !! People go to classic coney Island better food and service!!!”

“First time coming here. I ordered two Detroit pizzas one with pepperoni and one with veggies over the phone, since I received a coupon in the mail for buy one get one. The pizzas were very hot when I got them and still hot when I got home. The sauce tastes a slight bit tart and there are seeds in the sauce which I wasn’t expecting, but good to know.. since then I cannot buy pizza here if I were to get some with my mother because she cannot have seeds. Besides that the pizza was really good and tasted fresh especially the veggie pizza, I had wished the pepperoni was crispy on the pizza also the price seemed a little steep for a deep dish I paid 21 dollars I was a little shocked, eh…. Either way my daughter still loved it. I’ll be back when I’m craving pizza again.”

“First time in. Ordered the Acai Bowl for $10. It was absolutely delicious! Only complaint is the girl told me the spoon was in the bag. Got to my destination and it wasn't. I'll go back for sure again...and make sure I get a spoon.”

“My Mom placed a large order of chicken tenders from here for my nieces grad party. My Mom has a hard time getting around so she called to see if they would be able to load them for her. The team there was over the top nice to her and even called her the day of to see if she would rather they deliver them. The chicken tenders were HUGE! She ordered way more than we needed so I took the extras to my lake and everyone who had them thought they were AMAZING! We made sure everyone knew where we got them. We will definitely be back and so will our friends and family ❤️”

“I've only had excellent experiences here. It's usually not busy inside which makes for a nice break from the hustle and bustle of life. The staff is always very kind and super quick. The entire store is generally clean, including the bathrooms. They also provide coloring options for the little ones.”

“I have been to this Rallys a handful of times in the past month. This one and the one on Corunna rd are my favorite ones to visit. They are both clean and friendly staffed. The young lady i think she is a manager with purple hair, that young lady has some great customer service skills. I really enjoyed my visit, see you again soon!”

“My family of 8 visited on June 1 about an hour and 10 minutes prior to closing. We were welcomed with open arms. Our waitress Margret was awesome!! She patiently took our orders and promptly served our delicious food. All of the food and drinks were great!! I highly recommend Twins. The food and service are superb!”
