11/11 Crispy Chicken & Burgers - Clio

My husband's mushroom swiss burger had no mushrooms on it. The tacos used to be delishous when the shells were crispy. Now they are just soft tacos. Not a fan. Will probably be a while before we return.

The Best. 💯 Clean restaurant with excellent quality food. 11/11 is a must try.

Ordered a classic cheeseburger, got a chicken sandwich in the box.

Dj has an out standing staff they where quick to help and explaine what comes with my differ orders seeing that It was my second time here I would recommend this spot to anybody looking for a night off of cooking tenders are 10/10

Ok ..3piece chicken and onion rings .chicken was cold .and somthing really wrong with it ..MY DOG WOULDNT EAT IT ! Really .and onion rings were cold wet soaked and slimy !we ordered 3 burgers and all were cold with over melted swiss when it called for pepper jack !buns soaked like bad soaked and no bacon !!so all 4 meals were wrong and completly un edible! We drove from down state antisipated this place to be our dinner and really got let down and ripped off ....server. Kash K check no. 34.ordered 11 /8/24 5.03 pm $39.97. To starve and throw away everthing this dump served us. Sad .employees we acting the role and ruining everthing .went back in 3 times ..and gave up

First time in from out of town. Stopped in and staff was very friendly and food was hot!! Although their was an mistake in my order, Staff didnt hesitate to take care of it. Very understanding. You dont see this type of professionalism, and great customer service anymore. THANKS TO THE STAFF HERE! KEEP DOING WHAT YOUR DOING! YOU ALL ARE AMAZING!

Clio location needs some better training or something this isn’t the luk burger where is all the other toppings. Plus my man didn’t even have fries in his box or even a drink and he ordered a combo make it make sense. Not only that but why isn’t my hamburgers cooked through good it’s disgusting!! I didn’t even eat any of it. How are you even comfortable serving uncooked food that can potentially get someone sick!!

Food is absolutely amazing. Chicken was juicy, sweet potato fries delicious, burger is the best burger you can get in the area. You have to wait a few for food but totally worth it.

The man with the tattoos is amazing, he was super kind and made a custom pup cup for our spoiled pug who is currently inhaling it, not to mention we love their chicken, super fresh and crispy each time.

Had a sweet young lady I believe her name was summer! Very nice and patient! Not sure if she didn’t hear me about what i didn’t want on burger but still was delicious and loved it! She was very helpful and always happy to help! My first time and son’s second. Will definitely be back to try more!

The girl working the drive thru was very nice but the food ended up being terrible. So bad that my husband won't go back. The chicken tenders were hard as bricks and then some of the others were still wet batter. Then the onion rings and fries were beyond soggy. We only live a couple minutes up the road so the food definitely didn't sit for long. I don't think the grease was hot enough to fry them or they were not cooked enough. We had to put them in the air fryer at home to crisp them up and then the onion ring batter smelled like bad beer. We've gotten food from there before and it was always good but not this time. Also sad that they discontinued the sweet potato waffle fries as those were great.
