Best Applebee's in Michigan Management is Awesome. They will also accommodate your seating arrangement for your party while other Applebee's say it's against their policy

Had a decent meal .We then ordered a dessert,right in the middle of my dessert was a long hair could tell plainly it wasn't mine since it was a black hair and mine is white.Called the waitress over and showed it to her.I did not get an apology she just said she would bring me another,needless to say I did not want another hairy dessert after I said already taken a couple bites of it.It was removed from my bill of course because I didn't eat it.Some other compensation would have been nice though and maybe an apology from the manager.We have been going to the Applebee's in birch run for awhile without hairy food looks like that will be our go to from now on out.

Never have I been so disappointed in this place. We ordered food to pick up tonight. We go there, place was packed, so I understand waiting a bit to get our pick up order, but 10 to 15 minutes is a bit much.
After we arrive home, I open the bag, and in the bottom of the bag, it’s full of some kind of liquid, i’m assuming butter or grease? Without realizing, I pulled it out of the bag and set the take out box in my lap. Only then discovering that the bag was full of whatever it was because it was now all over my lap.
One of our orders was chicken strips. The chicken was so dry and the strips were unimpressively small. They barely gave us any fries and we had ordered an extra ranch which we paid 3 dollars extra only to not get it. We also did not get our honey mustard.
The second food items that we received were a sirloin steak with mashed potatoes. The steak was over cooked from what I had asked for and tasted charred. The mashed potatoes were extremely chunky and I found two blonde hairs in the mashed potatoes.
I am absolutely disgusted with this place now. We spent 45 dollars on this crap, including a tip that wasn’t necessary.

The chicken wonton tacos were overcooked and very dry! As soon as we picked them up to take a bite, they fell apart. The MANAGER who is an African-American male did NOT acknowledge me and my son at all! We were the only people in our area for about 10 minutes. Not once did he come to greet us and he was standing in our area close to the bar. After that two people sat at the table behind me, then two people sat at the table behind my son and another family sat behind them. The manager walked to the table behind me and talked to those customers, skipped me and my son (who is African-American just like he is), proceeded to the next two tables inquiring if everything was ok. Rude and unprofessional. I tried to take the survey with the QR code on my receipt, but the QR code gave me an order that wasn’t mine so therefore I couldn’t take the survey to voice my opinion or get $10 off my next meal. I will NEVER dine at this location ever again!!!!!!!! Our waitress, however, was wonderful. Her name was Haley. I gave a one star on service due to the poor public relations skills of the restaurant manager!

The menu has lots of new items to try that are tasty. The service is good so you cant beat a good meal & good service. Makes it even better when you have good company to enjoy it with.

If I could give it a 0 star I would, been here for pick up orders before and they missed items the last 5 times, or the food is not cooked at all. Do not recommend at all. They try to make it right but screw up on what we get the next time.

We sat for over an hour waiting for two appetizers. Server came back after 30 min and apologize for forgetting to put our food in. We can respect that she owned that. Disappointed that the manager walked by multiple times and didn’t say anything or show that he was helping her make it right. After another 30 minutes after that, they brought the wrong food out. Never refilled our empty waters or asked if we wanted refills during our time sitting there. We also heard two servers complaining that they can’t track down the managers. It’s obvious they need new management.

We went on the weekend and it wasn't crazy busy. Our waitress was really nice as was another waitress who would walk by and leave a drink refil.on her way by. Surprised my son everytime. Everyone I talked to was friendly and the food was amazing. Would recommend.
