The absolute worst Arby’s in Genesee county! And trust me I’m not the complainant type. I gave it chance after chance I’m a Arby’s fan ! Without fail, the service is terrible/ slow and the food is never fresh . The meat is cut to thick and nasty / dry ! The pop is flat ! The orders are wrong ! Etc etc ! Actually might be the worse fast food place I’ve ever experienced! No thanks !

Overall, I generally enjoy Arby's food, but this location in Clio is nothing more then a unpleasant experience. Whomever was taking orders via the drive-thu needs to learn some manners, patience, and work ethic. It started out with the little Arby's recording that is played asking if you're using the app, it asks you to place your order, even before I can finished my first item I was met with a very hostile, is that it? I politely say no and move on to the next item, and once again I am cut off and was given a total. I wasn't done ordering, I tried stating this, but was ignored. So I move up to the window, to just go ahead and pay for the two items I was able to make. I know working at a fast food restaurant is a challenge and I take that into consideration. But this will be the absolute last time I will ever stop at the Clio Arby's.
Diet Dr. Pepper had no carbonation at all, completely flat.

Gave my whole family food poisoning after eating dinner there on Monday, July 7th. Drive thru was incredibly slow and classic roast beef sandwich was cold to the touch. Really gross establishment

We have a big family so any time we eat out it is at least $50. We got sliders for everyone and the buffalo sliders barely had any sauce at all. We went to have them fixed and the cook was throwing the sauces like we just ruined his day. If he would have made them right the first time we wouldn't have had to go in. I won't be stopping here again.

went in, definitely late there was only one person left and i bet they were tired from how business looked, we forgot to say what sauce or if any at all for the mozzarella sticks so they put both options in the bag so we didn’t miss out, thank you so much for that extra thought!
