Staff always friendly. Food is usually fresh. However the 6 piece chicken tenders are no where near size of actual tenders. They are smaller than chicken nuggets. They should be called popcorn chicken.

Fries very cold, ice tea tasted like it was made with dish water, last time I chose arbys here the chicken tenders were way to hard so I went with a sandwich this time seems their sandwiches aren't really meant to be hard or hot anyways so can't screw it up. First and second time I made it all the way back home to otter lake was missing half of my food this time I stopped about 5 seconds after I left there and realize I didn't have two of the main sandwiches that I just paid for I called back and Jordan had a bad attitude like it was my fault that they did their job wrong. You can thank Jordan for losing business I'll never come back here again.

I haven't been here in almost 2 yrs it used to be terrible! My hubby stopped tonight it was they best Arby's we have ever had!! French dip bun was warm and meat was juicy and au jus sauce amazing. Great Job y'all thank you for a real meal!!
