Me and my wife went to dinner or we thought we were. Placed our order and a few minutes later the waitress came back to tell my wife they were out of the tomato soup portion of her dinner. So, she ordered a different soup. Then a few moments after that the waitress came back to tell me they were out of the soup I had order. After that we called it and left the restaurant. Don't advertise specialty items that are out of stock.

Waitress was very nice and fast. Restaurant was clean and pleasant. The only reason I'm not giving five stars is cause we got the buffet and the pancakes were hard from being on the warmer for such a long time. When someone came to add more pancakes they didn't take the hard ones away just put new ones on top.
Kid-friendliness: Brought out a highchair and moved us to a corner booth which was very appreciated when juggling two toddlers and a baby

Over Priced!!!!! Breakfast buffet was 17.99 and absolutely horrible. Scrambled eggs improperly cooked, not even sure if they were real eggs. Other pan of scrambled eggs had onions and peppers in it that weren't even cooked just tossed in. Bacon was so salty and hard couldn't even chock that down. Way too expensive for slop food. I would eat at Golden Coral for 11.99 before ever eating at big boy again. Oh, and 4.49 for a glass of juice.
