Went to this place for the first time the other day. The food was really good and would definitely recommend. The young lady at the window wasn’t the most pleasant and sighed at me when I asked her one too many questions to her liking regarding the menu, but the food made up for it.

Loved the chicken, made fresh after you order. The crinkle cut fries aren't my favorite, however they were much better than Raising Cane's, the mac and cheese was okay. Will try another side next time. The garlic toast was very good. Service was great as well. The chicken is definitely the star of the show. Buffalo Sauce was as expected, not too hot. The Ranch had good consistency and flavor, just had kind of a bottled taste vs made in house. Not bad, not great. Only 1 complaint was the sweet tea being Lipton Bag in a Box mix. Expected some real sweet tea, I'll live. Definitely coming back to try more items from the menu.

This location was easy to find. Upon entering staff greeted us with a very pleasant tone. This was me and hubby's 1st Big Chicken experience. 😊 I expressed that to staff who assisted as we navigated the menu options.
We ordered and food was prepared and received within 7-10 mins. Which is great....I love cook to order fast food. We dined in to experience the food at its peak freshness.
I was expecting bone in chicken. There is none on the menu....only tenders or the chicken breast for the sandwiches.
This is not the place for the health conscious. The majority of the menu is fried.
We had the tender meal with onion rings, fries and a chicken burger.
The presentation of the tender meal was impressive. The tenders were a good size and came atop two slices of garlic bread.
Overall, it was a good experience, was a little bit more expensive than expected.
Suggestion: Take the fries up a notch. Crinkle fries are cool, but there is nothing special about them. They were just plain Ole crinkle fries. Find a fry that is more unique, one that bring about better fry flavor.
