When I ask if I’m able to get a certain drink for the $5 combo and you tell me “no but we can just make it flavored for you instead!” And then tell me my total is almost $7 because “the added flavor” you’re misleading me by making me think I was able to still pay $5. I would’ve just got the drink I originally wanted and I’m sure it would’ve tasted better than what I got

I've only had excellent experiences here. It's usually not busy inside which makes for a nice break from the hustle and bustle of life. The staff is always very kind and super quick. The entire store is generally clean, including the bathrooms. They also provide coloring options for the little ones.
