There has never been a time I have gone and something wasnt missing from my order. Even when I came back to get the missing items they were again missing from the bag. Do not leave the parking lot without thoroughly checking your bag because its almost a guarantee something will be missing.

I ordered an Original Chicken sandwich. It had 4 little edges of lettuce and 1 of them was actually brown and rotted. If you eat here check your food before taking a bite.

You will never get fresh fries never get fresh food then they'll make you wait with an attitude like that they payed for your meal they are never busy but act like they are then when you get your fries they call when you ask for fresh fries or fresh hash browns horrible they need more workers different workers that be on it and that is not lazy.

Ordered picked up food was old and nasty and my 12pc mozzarella fries were in there no sauces for my chicken fries when I called up there she said oh yeah we don't have any we will tommrow or you can come back up and get a refund for them

I ordered a chicken sandwich with NO LETTUCE and EXTRA MAYO, a whopper with no cheese and a bacon cheeseburger onion rings fries. The chicken sandwich had a shit ton of lettuce and no mayo, the whopper had cheese and the bacon cheeseburger didn't have any bacon. The fires and onion rings were half cooked and cold. They had several people working and we were the only customers in the store and maybe 1 car in the drive thru.

To the staff! From ordering to leaving the staff were absolutely amazing. They were kind, professional and so sweet. I forgot to order my daughter a drink, they had no problem giving her a small icee.. ( I would have paid for it) my only complaint is my chicken sandwich was less than desired. I ate half anyway. I'm the end, my daughter was happy with her chicken fries and to me, that is all that mattered. Thank you young ladies for an incredible encounter with you all.
