I would like to say I buy from China Moon all of the time I love the food and I have never had a problem. This time I ordered through DoorDash and I bought chicken fried rice, I received shrimp fried rice. I contacted the restaurant about this and they told me I needed to contact DoorDash. This is not a DoorDash problem. Clearly, they messed up my order. They were rude and told me to contact DoorDash so I did. This is absolutely horrible customer service they should know how to run a business. I am allergic to seafood, so this a problem for me. It would’ve been understandable if they were nice.

The food has gone to hell. Rice tastes like it's the Gordon's fried rice. Orange chicken was soggy with little chicken more batter then anything no extra sauce on it, beeflomien had maybe 6 thing shaved slices of beef one bok choy and six mushrooms barley any veggies in it, dumplings were bare minimum flavor. Absolutely disappointed to spend 41 bucks on 2 meals crab ragoon and dumplings to have the meal taste mediocre when this place use to be one of the best around

Food is horrible. Bland yellow rice. Chicken was very dry. It's mostly fat. They way over load your plate, it's entirely too much. Save your money

Purchased a shrimp lo mein here, came originally to ask to use the restroom because no one seemed to be letting anyone use the restroom unless you purchased something. The person at register he asked if I had a dollar??? …. What…… so I ended up purchasing something just to use the restroom for my 4 year old I will NOT be back. This plaza is not friendly for people that are walking from miles away to use a restroom there 🙅🏽♀️

However I got orange chicken recently and shrimp rice within the past few weeks, and it was amazing! The quality is significantly better than in the past. Very satisfied with service and food 😊
