First time ordering from them the chicken fried rice smells and taste like its been left out for a while and taste like it went bad the chicken in it is hard no good in my opinion no taste they where friendly tho. Update so I called today about the issues with the rice and on top of that be careful eating the chicken I choked on a bone he told me to come get a refund and never come back so I brought the food up and got my refund first and last time going

I’ve had this place before a few years ago and it wasn’t bad. This time the chicken tasted off 🤮 it tasted like what a petting zoo smells like which is a sign of old oil or old chicken. I was willing to bring the food back for a refund but they stated they don’t offer refunds and could remake the food. I told him I didn’t feel comfortable getting the food remade considering something was off. The guy on the phone was rude and said that “it either gets remade or never come back” like thanks sir, I wasn’t planning on it especially with the “great” costumer service. I’ve never had an issue getting orders from there when doordashing for people, they’ve always been nice. But it seems like the treat people not nicely when they want a refund. Why would anyone want it remade when something is wrong with the chicken or the oil? 🤮

Ordered beef and broccoli and chicken and broccoli platters along with fried wontons.Both meals had so much oil in them and broccoli had black spots all over the Broccoli it was terrible and the fried wontons were under cooked..This was our 2nd time trying this place and now our last..

This was an extremely disappointing experience. My order was never received, so I can’t comment on the food. The website connected to their “Order Now” button appears unsafe and may attempt to steal personal information. In-store staff were unhelpful and dismissive, and communication was very poor.
New to the Clio area, was a little skeptical on trying here after reading some reviews. But I’m so glad we did! The food was delicious! My stepson said the crab rangoons were the best he’s had in a long time, and the rice was cooked perfect with great taste! We will definitely be eating here again
