Disappointed with service. I asked for a chocolate cone and was given a vanilla dipped in chocolate. It was not what I asked for I dislike dipped ice cream and was not happy as I frequented this location, but not anymore.

Still trying to understand why not just remake the cone? Didn’t realize the mess until we were already back on the road. Pretty gross and napkin was stuck all over the cone.

Can’t fault the literal children running this place (did not see anyone that could’ve been older than 20) but the local manager needs to give them a refresher. Poor food quality and time management skills, again you cannot blame the children working here, the adult owner needs to step up.

How can you not love Dairy Queen how can you mess up ice cream. Dairy Queen always even solid reasonably prices with good amounts of ice cream. It’s a must for hot day it’s a must if you never gone to one.

Ordered the 4 piece honey Bq chicken strip meal . Certainly not worth the $10 it cost me. 4 strips with bq sauce dumped on top of them. Just a few fries and a soggy piece of bread with a butter sauce in a puddle in the middle of it. Not to mention black flecks of something on the bread. Would never go back to this restaurant again. We eat at DQs often in Michigan and Florida. This is by far the worst experience that we’ve ever had. Diane 6/21/2025.
