I’m done with the Clio location. They’re in that mode of continually reducing the amount of stuff they put in their blizzard’s less and less and less every time I go. I started driving up to the Birch Run location and it’s just much higher quality.

it fr took 45 minuets to order then had to wait 15 minuets for food only to get a messed up soft serve, while waiting for the soft serve, lady started making it then helped the person in line first while 2 other workers were just watching

My family and I visited yesterday, we had the most exceptionally kind service. All of us were standing there, not knowing what we wanted, and the young blonde kid was extremely patient and helped my youngest to decide what he wanted. I kept apologizing because I felt like we were Being annoying. He had such a kind way about him, putting us at ease and helping each one of us make sure we got exactly what we wanted. I will travel here for ice cream from now on. When I asked him, I believe that he said his name was Weston.

I took my family here yesterday and got two small blizzards and two medium, they didn't do the upside down check because all our blizzards where melting, not the first time but I thought I would give it another shot lol also I had one piece of cheesecake and my husband got two. What a joke lol
Went in to get a sundae. The young man that waited on us had long unkempt hair and beard. He want wearing a hat. This is against all health regulations.

Fast service inside or drive thru. Friendly staff. Lots of younger staff, they do a great job. I love the peanut buster parfait, hubby loves the peanut butter malts, and who doesn't love a blizzard!

There were not enough experienced workers. The girl taking orders had her elbows on the counter top while her cheek rested in her hand. The person who made the blizzards made them runny. It was also hotter than hades inside the restaurant and it was dirty.
