I don't wanna be too hard on them. I mean it's an ok pizza but there's a few I prefer over Domino's

Ordered delivery at 10:30 pm for less than 3 miles away. Was called 5-10 minutes later saying delivery drivers didn't feel safe driving in the conditions. Roads were clear and little snow was falling. Pretty sad the times we are living. So tell me.... Were the delivery drivers going to stay the night at the store because they didn't want to drive. I'm sure they lived farther away from store than I did.

Nobody wanted to come to the front counter at domino's when I picked up my food even though all 4 workers were looking at me. Pizza was dry and over cooked, cheese bread wasn't cheesy and it was dry. Very disappointed and waste of money a hot and ready at little ceacers is better than this trash we just got from domino's.

The dried out pepperoni and ham, sauce lacking pizza was horrible. The boneless wing were just as dry. Thankfully, I had some tots or I'd be starving. Shame on this store for giving us this food.

Food was hard like it sat for hours. The cinnamon twist you had to heat in the microwave to even be able to bite into they were so hard. Pizzas had very very little sauce. Couldn’t even taste the sauce. Stuffed cheese bread was black on top and so was the loaded tots. Was very disappointed.

Why have the carside to go if no one ever brings it out? This is the 3rd time I've needed it because I'm dealing with a migraine. The girl said "we've been so busy". Even though I just sat and watched her talk to another employee instead of running out my order.

Don't even bother with this place, the thin crust was so burnt it almost seemed stale and no sauce on either pizzas.

Order three of your New Yorkers one with pepperoni extra cheese and banana peppers the other one with pepperoni onions and extra cheese the third was extra cheese ham and pineapple two were delivered with no pepperoni when I call and talk to your store is almost manager he refused to do anything about the order adamantly saying I didn't order pepperoni in which I know I did he refused to do anything to fix the problem call me to get mad and I raised I order from this Clio Michigan store several times a month.
Best dominos experience I've had in years.
They are always on point and clean inside.
Only complaint is dominos isn't my favorite pizza over all but this location is flawless in 5 orders so far.

Ordered pizza one night, jus a large pizza with sum toppings and a thing of stuffed cheesy bread sticks, wife and I both ate a little bit of it when I get it, but later my wife decides she's still hungry warms sum up and there's 2 curly hairs in the bread sticks, while she was eating it. So not great, not ideal ofc, but I've only ever had one issue with this particular store and it wasnt for hair it was for the food not being made properly. And hair being in my food is a common occurrence unfortunately with the places around where I live. Anyway, I called the store the following day, my wife and I talked to the assistant manager, she proceeds to tell us that she talked to her manager, that they put a credit on my number, asked for my number to put said credit on and told me it's on there. 3 days later because that's how long it took for them to pick up, the assistant manager picks up the phone again I ask to use the credit on my phone number and she then proceeds to tell me how I've got 4 marks under my account saying that ive called the store 4, times before about hair being in my food and since I've done called them too many times I can't get a refund for the mess up or a credit, so now I'm pissed because this is the same woman who dealt with this the last time. She acted like she had no idea what had happened, acted like I was the one being rude when I wanted a refund because of this whole ordeal. I ended up jus hanging up the phone because of the dude was and jus unhelpfulness I was receiving so I put in a complaint or support thing on the app, I received a call from either the general manager or the owner who cleared up the whole situation and apologized for the behavior and everytjing. It's not that having a hair in the food is okay, but it's understandable when there's a hair in my food when theres men in the store who aren't wearing beard nets or anything for hair any of them, and I wasn't even upset about the hair. Again this was only the second time ive ever had an issue with them so I didnt really mind the fact that hair was in my food. I jus wanted to get a resolution from it yk, I appreciate the guy that called and cleared it up, but to the assistant manager of the Clio Michigan store, hawktuua
