Never a bad experience here. There are stairs from the rear, but I know they have a front door from the main street, I've never used that door though because we always park in the back lot. The food is always amazing! I will warn you, having someone who speaks Spanish is helpful, most of the staff seems to be Spanish first language.
Vegetarian options: Cheese can be removed, meat can be removed, it does leave mostly beans and veggies but it is possible.
Dietary restrictions: My sibling and I both have dietary restrictions and they were quick to help us and explain what they can do.
Parking: It's on the main road in town but parking is in the back, it's one way in and one way out so please pay attention.
Kid-friendliness: My kids love this place. The seats are colorful and it's not too loud. The food can be catered to your needs and wants so picky kids can eat too.
