Amazing! Amazing customer service they were quick kind and excellent the food was absolutely delicious and fully worth the money I could eat a hundred of these sandwiches! Stopped in on a whim, food was great!! Fresh battered fried chicken, wonderful cheese burgers and delicious homemade desserts. Staff members have wonderful personalities. Will definitely go back when in area.

Everything was delicious! The chicken was crispy and moist. The pot pie had an amazing flaky crust. The rice pudding definitely hit the spot. The fries are light and crispy. Amazing service from the sweetest people!

This is one of the best hidden gems of a restaurant in Waterford! The staff is always very friendly and on Fridays they have a DJ. Yesterday was my birthday and the whole restaurant sang happy birthday to me. I have been to this restaurant 3 times and every time I go there the food tastes great, food temp is awesome, and their hospitality is amazing!

Came in to try it and asked for a napkin they didn’t have any out so I waited and the guy comes back up set the case of them down and proceeded to make sandwiches I asked him for a napkin he told me when he was done. So I threw the sloppy smeared up sandwich in the trash and left. Very poor service! I will go to McDonald’s for something to eat.

I would avoid this location. There were 2 cars ahead of us in the drive thru, and it took 20 minutes to make it through the drive thru to get our food. The workersleft the window unattended for 5 minutes as we sat and waited. Food tasted good but not worth the wait IMO.

Disgusting! They charged me for cheese which I did not get and then put rotten lettuce on my sandwich the bread also had a big hole in it. Never eating JJ again 🤢🤮 They owe me my money back

Just got a number 7 from this location and it is SO OILY it's inedible! Like we can wring out the sandwich. Maybe the staff shouldn't focus so much on blowing up rubber gloves and focus more on the quality of product that's going out.
