Honestly, the food quality was not good. The nuggets were rubbery and the table next to me got hair in their food, but we all felt so bad for the TWO young guys working that we didnt say anything because they were clearly struggling. There's no changing table!! Even in the women's bathroom, so i had to change a diaper on a booth in the eating area. I wiped everything down after but I was very uncomfortable with it.

Said they were open till 11 but just went threw drivethrew at 10:19 and they wouldn't take our order I had said hello multiple times i drove up to the window I could see people in their but still obviously couldn't take our order. So no londer will be going to that KFC

After Noon! No response at the drive through order screen. Someone was at the drive through window, I did not notice if they were trying to get someone's attention or paid & received food. We went to the window only to have someone looking back at us. NO acknowledgement whatsoever, not a wave or a shrug of apologies. Extremely rude and obnoxious behavior for an adult employee to behave. We just left & will never return.

Everytime I come here the Mac and cheese is crusty and brown, old and dry … kfc used to be good always disappointing now. When we got there we sat at the speaker for 5 minutes just for them to tell us to pull up to take our order and the lady was clearly annoyed we were ordering and we felt rushed didn’t ask us what kind of drink didn’t ask what sauce we wanted with the meal ( didn’t end up getting any because she never asked). This isn’t the first time we’ve been disappointed at this location.

Ordered about 60 dollars worth of food for my friends and I and we found not one, not two but THREE strands of hair. One in the Mac and cheese, one in the mashed potatoes and one in the gravy. The person on the phone didn’t seem too surprised there was hair and immediately offered to remake it for me. When I got there they didn’t apologize, barely said anything to me. Just handed me my replacement and helped someone else.

Morning shift employees refuse to open on time, and ignore their waiting customers in drive thru. Sat at speaker for 5 minutes with no answer so I drove up to window thinking maybe they just didn’t see me, both employees that walked by the window looked at me and still ignored me, I had to wait 10 minutes for any kind of customer service.

I came through the drive thru and ordered a 3pc box I forgot to ask for crispy because they didn’t ask, before making my payment I asked was it crispy or original because I prefer crispy. She shouted to the manager who accepted the box and put it right back in the bag without fixing or checking the box. I had to leave work and come back to get my refund but the “manager” stated that’s not what they do so I asked could I get what I wanted instead. I proceeded to make a comment to myself about everybody needing to check their order and she threaten to not “service” me because of what I said? Then caused a scene forgetting all about her mistake she made with MY ORDER!

Could be because of race but either way; the floor was nasty, she looked nasty and the chicken was old.

The staff is rude and messed up our order went back and they thought it was a joke and was laughing and then gave us a sauce cup of what they forgot when we ordered a large and was rude about it I won’t go there again don’t leave that window unless you know that you got everything soon as you leave that window and go back good luck spent $50 there and they won’t even make things right and try to rip you off

Nobody was there and yet the wait was 30 minutes for food and when the food is received the portions were so ridiculously small the expensive price it wasn't worth it

Another solid 1 Star experience. If you're the manager and see this, please find another line of work. Maybe try shoveling dirt or maybe painting fences.
