I ordered a famous bowl and I got two pieces of chicken very little potatoes not much gravy and a couple pieces of corn sprinkled on top! I also will say that I probably won’t go back and a lot of people in this city of Clio won’t either. You can’t screw people over time and time again and expect them to come back and buy your lame ass food. It sounds like there’s no manager there or no one‘s watching what’s going on I hope your store closes and we get something different. I guess you’ll have to depend upon the people that are traveling through Clio that don’t know any better

They never have extra Kristy any more, the service is subpar at best on top of getting probably the worst kfc in the area. Birch run isn’t nearly as terrible just can’t justify the drive but there’s just so many simple things they could easily improve on just don’t make any effort

So I ordered through the app. Placed the order at 7:55pm. It said the order was ready for pickup at 8:00 pm. I was in the parking lot already so I pulled into the drive thru. They gave me my food and I pulled into a spot to eat. My potatoes were cold. My Mac and cheese was cold and blocked together. My chicken nuggets were rubbery and my tenders were old. They clearly pre packaged all the containers of food to make their night easier. I’ve worked for the fast food industry for years and this is waaayyyy below acceptable. 0/5 stars if I could.

Had a 20 minute wait for famous bowls... Then once I got the bowls not a single napkin or spork in the bag and each bowl only had 3 little chicken bites in it, that's it. I know not to come back to this location.

I ordered a 16 piece chicken and only got 8 pieces. When I called and talked to a manager they was very very rude they hung up on me and then was told they ain’t nothing they can do about it. I got hung up on 3 times and I am a general manager and know this is not how u treat a paying customer. Never would I have treated a person the way I got treated tonight by the manager that was there. I would definitely like a message back or email because this was very very rude and unprofessional.

I hand had KFC in a very long time and decided to try Clio KFC what a disappointment. chicken was by no means fresh, more like re-heated in old oil. Potatoes were ok, they we somewhat warm. Had to wipe my table off prior to sitting down. sorry will not return to this location
Did not get my biscuit. It took ten minutes to get my food. The ladies next to me had to wait 5 minutes to have someone take their order.

It was the worst food I have ever had. Biscuits was doughy. My sides was supposed to be large but was small and half filled. And tasted like garbage. The chicken was not cooked right. Will never go there again. I spent $51.00 on this crap they call food .

The chicken breading was soggy. Every table was dirty, no ice in the fountain machine, no butter for the buscuits, and the womens bathroom was disgusting. In addition, thick cobwebs in the windows sills and the floors were dirty.
