Wow, Never have I encountered service this rude before.. This kfc’s standards have went down drastically between the service and food. Made it to the drive through window at 9, after I had gotten out of work, wanted to order the family bucket meal, before I could even finish my sentence to the lady taking my order she stopped me, told me she only had wings available and they were not making anymore chicken for the night. Mind you they close at 10:30. I asked if they had chicken strips available she told me she had 2 and she can “maybe” make me fresh ones? I was clearly getting the drift that she was not wanting to take orders anymore for the night, and was not letting me order what I went there for. So I got told an hour and a half before they close that I basically can’t order chicken (majority of there menu) & if I do that I’m going to get old food because there done making anything fresh for the night. Took my money else where. Absolutely disgusting. I work in service and we make food fresh until closing time! Up to the last minute, and sometimes after. This is what service entails. People pay for this food, as if money is not hard earned. This is nasty behavior this woman should be reprimanded for lazy, nasty behavior. Shame on this kfc location.

Food is decent, the gentleman who took out ordered seemed as though we were bothering him. Every single table in the restaurant is dirty including someone’s left over food that appears to have been sitting there for hours.

We went through the drive thru, and it was awful. When we got into our meals, our biscuits were missing. The mashed potatoes were lukewarm and barely any gravy. Also the chicken was cold and old. I work in fast food, and if that was chicken at our restaurant, it would have been thrown out about a half hour before it was served to us. It was very disappointing.

I go through the drive thru and order a number 9. And an 8 piece meal. When I get home. Open the bags of food and the bucket of chicken. The fries only had 12 fries in the box and none at the bottom of the bag. The chicken was so old and greasy from my 8 piece meal. I called the store and talked to the manager. Of course he wanted to give me a discount on my next order. I told him to keep his discount. I won’t be coming back. And asked if he would be happy spending his money for old food. And he called me disrespectful. I spent 50.00 there. Never again.

Very unsatisfied with the food. Ordered family Chicken meal. Chicken was very soggy. The mashed potatoes and gravy were in a little container with maybe 3 Tbsp mashed potatoes. The corn was dry and the coleslaw was dry and the little plastic containers. Alot smaller than they used to be. I will definitely never eat at KFC again. Very disappointed

I ordered dinner for me and my family and the manager, Nicholas took my order. He reeked of marijuana, which would’ve been fine if he was in a good spirit. At first, he was very polite but as my order got longer, he started to catch an attitude with me and started talking faster, cutting me off, and rolling his eyes. My order was only $35, which is a normal size for that type of restaurant. The food was decent, but I am very unhappy with the service I received.
We were told 15 minutes for fresh chicken not a problem at all, we pull around the building and 25 mins go by wasnt trying to to be rude I get things happen and takes time. My boyfriend goes in they totally forgot about our order and said the chicken hadn’t been cooked yet, we waited another 15 minutes. We get home and my boyfriend’s chicken looked like small nuggets and food wasn’t good and it was cold. Also what is this mashed potato left over scraps lol
