The staff in the physical building deserves a 5 star, however Grubhub is the most pathetic excuse for a business that I have ever interacted with.
Ordered online at 10:24 am for a 4 pm delivery, get a text at 3:54 your order has been delivered….except it had not.
Grubhub does not give drivers number, no way for the consumer to contact them. Call the store, they don’t have a way to contact GrubHub either.

Came in today for a hot n ready, waited 30 minutes for my order. The guy working was very confused and agitated. Asked me what my order was at least 10 times in that 30 minutes. Manager didn't care that people were waiting 30+ minutes for a hot n ready. After 30 minutes, my order still wasnt even being made. Terrible service. I never leave a bad review but come on. Do better.
