The service here is second to none. Easily one of the best Little Caesars in Genesee County as I have been to more than my fair share of them. The food is always hot. With a staff this good they have made me deflect from a closer location to come here. The nice employee was so humble and kind he didn’t even want his name mentioned in the survey. As someone who has been in customer service for over 20 years he is the kind of employee you dream of. He was busting his tail helping people running back and forth helping the team and helping customers alike. Thank you for all you do Humble Hero.

After reading some of the reviews, I was worried about ordering my pizza’s from this location in Clio. Don’t always believe what you read. The pizza was hot, cooked to perfection, and the gentleman who waited on me, was very kind. I will definitely order from this location again.

Been here multiple times and it's always been solid. Never overcooked, food always tastes fresh, Never get bubble gut afterwards. Zander is super friendly with a can-do and energetic vibe that is contagious and the man has great managerial stock. Being a former line cook i know how crazy things can get and this crew still knows how to give bang up customer service. Will return in the future for sure.

I have lived in Clio for 10 years and after every single visit being just as awful as the last, I felt impelled to review.
Pizza is thin and wet. I won’t even say too greasy or soggy…. It’s just wet. And not the good kinda wet (you know the kind).
Bread sticks are also nasty. Today they are cold and hard. Other times they are also wet like the pizza.
Service is awful. Like they really don’t want you to be there. Customers are a nuisance to them. You can tell the employees can’t stand the public.
I normally love me some little Caesars, but this place is just terrible. I consistently drive to Birch Run to get Little Caesars. It’s worth to extra 10 minutes.

Horrible customer service. Called to place a pick up order and they messed it up and refused to move me to the front of the order line to fix it. expected me to wait even longer. Went to the Birch Run store and got my correct order in half the time.
