Brought the family here for dinner. My RARE filet came out medium. When the server finally returned to check on the table, she asked, "are you guys ready for boxes?". I hadn't taken a bite out of my meal, yet my family was all close to finished. I alerted her to my overcooked steak. She apologized and took it back to have another prepared.
