Good steaks for the prices.

We were looking forward to a really nice dinner with our mom to celebrate a late Mother's Day, so we chose Lucky's.
Won't be doing that again.

We were seated immediately, which was nice, but then we waited 20 minutes for anyone to come by. No water. No hello. No menus. No server. We had to ask the hostess, who looked rather put out, who our server was. A few minutes later we had one. She did well. No complaints about her at all. We did, however, have to ask for me, clean menus, since the ones we were given were covered in a shiny, oily substance.

Both my mom and I ordered the ribeye with the onions, mushrooms, and gorgonzola. By the time we got through our enormous sides, we both ended up taking most of our steaks home. The Caesar salad was pretty good, but drenched in dressing. The garlic green beans oddly had no flavor and were overcooked. And we didn't know it until later, but the steak was ribboned with gristle, and completely unenjoyable the next day.

The key lime pie and cheesecake were delicious, but that was the extent of it.
Such a disappointing experience, and one that cost us collectively over $150.

In addition, the dining area was set up poorly, not leaving space for me to wheel my wheelchair bound mother to the ladies' room. A server had set up the trays on stands completely blocking the way into the restrooms, and when I asked to get through, he told us to wait until he was finished serving the group at that table. Our server, who heard that in passing, interjected and told him no, blazing a path through for us so my mom could use the restroom.

Had never been to, or even heard of a Lucky's before. This was our first impression. Suppose it's also our last.

I've been there 3 times the last year. The first 2 times it took 20 mins after being seated for a waiter/waitress to even say hello. And those times we were there for 2 hrs 45 mins and got our food cold. This 3rd time was today for my wife's and I anniversary and that was today. Got seated, and again...20 mins go by and 7 waiter/waitress working and not one even said hello to us. If you love sitting down at a restaurant for 20-30 mins before even being greeted, this is your place. Luckys used to be great 3 yrs ago. Now it sucks.

Clio Lucky's. Definitely not comparable to Lucky's in Davison. Same name but worlds apart. The vegetables our whole party had should have been thrown out days ago! From the salad mix to the broccoli to the Brussels sprouts- all bad. It was a large party and close to the end of the night and my raspberry martinis (2) were quite tasty so I'm giving an extra star. Amy was good, patient and kind but could've used help.
My (I can't even comment on the rest of the party who all experienced issues) prime rib was well done although I ordered it rare. They took $11 off my $27 meal. I left it.
My coworkers said not to go to this Lucky's but we came for a birthday.
Definitely will not be back.
I only leave a review of something is exceptionally good or exceptionally bad.

The steak was a little tough. The sides were delicious. The waitress was very great. Generous portions thru appetizers were great. Prices reasonable.

After waiting over an hour, they finally brought out or meals. My rare steak was Medium Well and we had all the wrong sides. I sent the steak back and a new one came out quickly. I had hope that it would truly be very rare, as I requested. Unfortunately, it was well done. Even dryer and cooked more than before. We asked to speak to the manager and server assured us she was aware of the situation and our request to see her. After 15 mins I had to get up and follow her to the kitchen to get her to talk to us. Things were resolved by us leaving without eating. She was terrible at managing a legit complaint. The diners at the table across from us said her actions were pretty typical for the restaurant.

FIRST AND LAST TIME I'LL EAT HERE. Didn't mind the long wait however I did mind having to eat my salad with no utensils even after having to request we be given some. I understood they were busy but our server Gabrielle came back to the very closely packed tables around us 5 times ignoring our request for silverware. The wait for food was lengthy for it to come out burnt and clearly having sat for a while (my onion rings weren't just burnt they were coated in grease) the burger i ordered was also brought to me prepared wrong with her knowledge that it was as she sat it on the table informing me they didn't add the requested things to it that I'd ordered. Barely enough room between tables for them to set the trays of food to serve out.

When we got there our server never greeted us, never told us her name or anything. We wanted to order alcoholic drinks but she never gave us the chance. She was very dismissive to us but when she went to the other tables she was very positive and had good conversation with them. This used to be my favorite place to eat I am very disappointed with the service I got even after speaking to the manager. Our food took over 30 mins to come and it was still cold & hard. There were two tables that ordered AFTER us and still got their food WAY before we did. Definitely disappointed in my visit today. I believe our service was different from everyone else’s in the establishment that our server communicated with.

Very busy restaurant. It filled up shortly after it opened. The service was a little slow but the food was good. I thought the brussel sprouts could have cooked a little bit longer.

I Eat Luckys pretty frequently. Bring back the A1 steak sauce please. That in house relabeled temu/Aldi/Dollar General steak sauce just ain't it. If I'm buying a $20-30 steak let me get some A1 please. If you see me in the future pulling a bottle of A1 out of my pocket from home mind your own business.
