I think her name is Carole in the drive thru,she is always super nice.i appreciate her customer service. Friendly enough people.foods usually nice.only complaint is the fries dont always look as full as they should(i was a manager at McDonald's).

First thing that happened when we entered was we heard the n word, not a single black employee was to be found so automatically 5 seconds in and already racist? We get on the road and realize my bun is half hard and BURNT then the rest of literally uncooked bread which i suppose wasnt the biggest problem but weird how they only cooked 1 side.. they took forever with our order and this isnt the first time, they also had gave us NO napkins and nuggets tasted kind of weird to us we couldnt finish them.. they talked the whole time and were VERY loud like yelling loud just talking and not worried about making food or even watching to see if people were at the counter.. somebody needs to be fired or something needs to be FIXED.. i don’t recommend 👏👏

i had a doordash order and for the past order i had last night and tonight they have both been the complete wrong order or just completely made horrible. i work at mcdonalds so i dont complain at all usually and i know how it can be working in fast food. but this is the second time for me, my mother in law has also had issues with this mcdonalds. i would love my money back
I was dining in this fine eatery establishment at around 7:00 p.m. when this petite brown haired cashier working the cash register. His customer service was exceptional. Not only was he quick and efficient with my order, but he also had such a friendly and positive attitude that made the whole visit better. If management sees this, please recognize this young man, he’s a great asset and truly made my day!!

BEST MCDONALDS EVER. We ordered 7 items in the drive thru with customized add ons, the lady taking our order didn’t have to ask us again what we said or wanted and she followed our order perfectly. Then our food came out PERFECTLY. Order was correct, food was hot, and we did not even have to wait during their lunch rush. Stopped in to use the restrooms which were clean and well managed. We are traveling home but keeping this location in mind next time we’re in the area!!!!!

Very disappointed in the new chicken wrap. It was terrible; not like the original one. Hardly any lettuce, could see only a speck of cheese, chicken deep fried and not soft. Would not get another. Wendy's is way better. Very disappointed.
