Walked in to order. Waited at least 8 minutes at the counter without either manager acknowledging me. During this time another customer came in with the incorrect order through drive through. Although I checked the bag, our order was wrong. Extremely disappointing.

I ordered a tripple cheeseburger they gave me the 3 cheese but no 3rd patty ice machine was down but ice in the drink i substituted hopefully i get my money back for the 4$ difference between drinks

Just went thru the druve-thru to get a shamrock oreo mcflurry and they said I can't have a mcflurry but I can order a shamrock shake well why can't you just make a shake and add oreo they said because we don't do that!! so I said whatever I'll just take an oreo she proceeds to say that whatever isn't a word used at my drive-thru window. ok whatever I'll go to Wendy's and got a delicious thin mint frosty
