Allows Customers to abuse their animals by locking them up in a truck with black tinted windows all the way shut and truck NOT RUNNING. Notifications where made on abuse and was treated as a JOKE.As a Disabled Combat Veteran, Servicedog owner/trainee/trainer I ask you find other establishments who are animal friendly. Red Chevy in photo has a 75 lb white GNARLY Fur like SheepDog behind the Tinted rolled up Windows

So they don’t care that some might trip coming into their business or they think it’s funny that a veteran would go in there and cause a scene either way, not a laughable matter

Insanely overpriced and they charge you for every ingredient. The food wasn't horrible, but it was average and the cost was crazy. We had 5 people get 3 burgers, 2 Reuban sandwiches, and one drink each and it came out to $120, plus a 4.something% add on for using a card. The staff were all nice enough but the price is insanely high, we tried it on a whim since our normal was closed and won't be going back again.

I am a regular at Nite-Cap (my husband and I go about 2 times a week and I order the same thing every time). Today, my pizza (which I usually absolutely love) was raw. I asked the waitress to please have them cook it a little longer. As she was attempting to take it into the kitchen, Steve, the owner, stopped her and told her that he would not allow that. The waitress came back to my table with the bill and the pizza. I told her in its state, I’m not paying for it and I don’t want it, but I want to talk to Steve (the owner). At first, he refused, and sat at the end of the bar (boy, he sure respects his customers, doesn’t he?). He finally came to my table. I informed him that I am a regular and I order this exact pizza every single time I come and it’s never this raw. He replied with “I’ve been doing this for 43 years and if I make another one it’s going to be the exact same”. I told him that’s not the case because this is what I get every single time. He grabbed the pizza and said he will remake it, but he’s going to make it the same exact way, and he’s going to put it in a box. Well, it did not come in a box, and it was absolutely perfect and delicious (like how it usually is).I am absolutely disgusted in Steve’s (the owners) behavior. The fact that he wouldn’t come and talk to me at first was pretty cowardly. The pizza was underdone. No big deal, just cook it a little longer. I don’t understand his actions to a very regular customer. My family got me $220 in gift certificates. The fact that he owns the business makes me want to not go back. However, I love the waitresses. I’m not sure what I’m going do at this point, but I sure would love an apology from Steve (but I’m sure that’s not going to happen anytime soon).Steve, why would you treat a regular customer the way you treated me?

The bartender charged me $15 for my pizza. And the bill only came to a $13.78 with tax. And I gave them $16 and didn't receive any of my change back. I'm disgusted with you guys I always buy pizza from you guys you guys rip me off I'm never going back to you guys.

Good food, but way over priced. 4 dollars per topping. The pizza wasn’t worth 32 dollars, and neither was the service.

We went to eat dinner there and the owner said his cook wasn't coming in so no food being sold. The owner has been cooking for his families restaurant for 40 plus years so him not stepping into the kitchen for his customers makes no sense. We have a group of 10 people that went there weekly for the last 3 years. Needless to say we haven't been back.

We ordered cheesy bread with a pizza and it took over an hour to get our food. There were only 3 tables with a couple people sitting at the bar - no reason it took that long! Also the pizza and cheesy bread had no flavor and tasted like cardboard. Not worth $27 for sure! The only positive thing about the experience was the server - she was great but we won’t be back.
