Horrible experience yet again! Girl was rude and totally forgot my daughter’s pretzel and the wife’s 2 side pickles. When ordering she tells me “you have to wait til the toast come out the oven before I can get your veggie’s” she says I can only do so much at once! As I am waiting I can hear her laughing with her co-workers. 30 seconds later she says “ok, go ahead with your veggies! Unbelievable. Will most definitely be going somewhere else.

Staff was incredibly friendly and quick with getting my food! In fact, this is the fastest with any Subway in the area that a subs been made for me. The staff seemed pretty happy and as silly as it sounds it made me happy too.

This is the 3rd time at this location that I ordered the BOGO and the bread is hard as a rock. I also purchased the pretzel which was burnt and was like cement. I asked to talk to the manager but was told she was in the restroom. I call up there and it says the mailbox is full. The first time this happened, I was told that they cannot refund or replace because they were BOGO. They must do this on purpose and give out old bread for the promo. I also tipped all three visits and I'm so done with this location!

Go into to place an order, am told payment has to be on app., ok, install app and payment information, it does not apply discount, this is after 15 mins of inputting, and I am told she can’t do anything about it. Who is suppose to do something about it, I did my part as a consumer, local Subway plays a responsibility if there offering “deals” on the app. And I do my part and big waste of my time.

I placed an online order at 7:50 pm Sunday 8/25/24 for pick up at 815 pm the same night. I arrived at the location, not supposed to close until 9. Upon arrival they're closed up for who knows how long, and theres no record of my purchase online and the phone tree won't let me talk to a person.

I ordered order of your roll up dippers I received one sauce I asked for three different kinds of sauces also too much tortilla you get maybe one slice of cheese two pepperonis on a whole tortilla that's way too much tortilla you should be filling them up so now I was not pleased with those

Why can't the employees make the subs that are advertised? I want the sub I see in the commercials, I don't know what is on it, but I want that sub, but you can't get what you see, why??

This lady was extremely rude through the drive through, service was slow even though we were the only car there and the lobby was closed. The closed lobby sign was even backwards on the door. Food was great as always, hard to mess up a sandwich you basically make yourself, but this lady needs to learn a bit more customer service.
