Gentleman working this evening was nice, lder blond lady with glasses was down right yucky and was very very very rude complaining constantly about people coming in and that she has taken the dishes and she is trying to close and this is at a few minutes after 8 when they are open til 9. She should learn something from the gentleman.

The meat the dry the veggies had no flavor like they have been sitting for a while. They apparently don't know the series subway get double cheese? Which should had been 8 slices... the meat was still cold after coming out of the speed oven which means there not cooking it long enough. And they didn't even sticker the wrap paper and it was poorly wrapped. The lady didn't seem very enthused to make subs. Haven't had subway since I ate one in indiana michigan subway is just the worst really need to start getting health inspectors going through them places more. This has made me feel sick to my stomach do better subway. Disappointing.

They opened today at 8am. I sat at drive thru for 10 minutes noone came to help I arrived around 10:50 am I ended up leaving since noone came to take my order.

Terrible workers. Workers get mad because they have to do their job. Just go to a different subway so that place can close. They can have three ppl working in there and still can’t figure out how to put meat on a sub

Been here one time since moving here. I came for dinner. The staff was friendly. Even though I kept repeatedly saying I could not hear them for whatever reason not joking couldn’t hear them too clearly I felt bad. But The food I thought was skimply added to the sub but they like yeah we know this isn’t enough and gave me more. Cool peoples lol will be back another day definitely I had went Inside because I didn’t know there was a drive through.

Horrible experience yet again! Girl was rude and totally forgot my daughter’s pretzel and the wife’s 2 side pickles. When ordering she tells me “you have to wait til the toast come out the oven before I can get your veggie’s” she says I can only do so much at once! As I am waiting I can hear her laughing with her co-workers. 30 seconds later she says “ok, go ahead with your veggies! Unbelievable. Will most definitely be going somewhere else.

Staff was incredibly friendly and quick with getting my food! In fact, this is the fastest with any Subway in the area that a subs been made for me. The staff seemed pretty happy and as silly as it sounds it made me happy too.

This is the 3rd time at this location that I ordered the BOGO and the bread is hard as a rock. I also purchased the pretzel which was burnt and was like cement. I asked to talk to the manager but was told she was in the restroom. I call up there and it says the mailbox is full. The first time this happened, I was told that they cannot refund or replace because they were BOGO. They must do this on purpose and give out old bread for the promo. I also tipped all three visits and I'm so done with this location!
