Was served by Michelle. She was the only worker here but she was kind and professional. Sucks that people don’t have patience but she’s great at her job and would come again. Food was great. Thank you

Paid for xtra meat and there is a total of 3 small slices. Overcharged gor a itallian sub and the steak sib... Seriously! Worst subway.
Went less than 2Hrs ago and before I could even eat the sandwich the “Heuberts Lemonade” I got at the fountain made me throw up as soon as I drank it & it was just to taste it. So one small sip made me sick.
I normally get a ham slider for lunch, 1 person gives me 2 slices of meat while this one today gave 1 slice of meat. The bread was too hard and there was too much sauce. The lady didn't say hello until I said hello to her. If there wasn't a line and I already wasted a lot of my lunch waiting for a customer ahead of me with 2 items. I was not happy at all. And she was just complaining about her working a split shift yesterday and as soon as the next person came in she was leaving early.

First all I got a slider the bread was hard she put one piece a meat they don’t say can I help you just look at us don’t thank you and two of them always attitude I’m not going there anymore and I work at Walmart that’s right there in the building. I wish I didn’t have to give any star’s terrible service
Apparently they think you want two pounds of condiments on your sandwich to the point where the entire thing tastes like you are just eating a mustard/mayo sandwich.Go to the stand alone on Vienna Rd. if you want to be able to eat your food

Went the other day and waited 10 minutes for a worker but never saw anyone, I ended up going down the road to the other subway on Vienna

Had to give at least 1 star, wish I didn't have to.Was just in trying to order a cookie for my grandson. ( he received a coupon for a free cookie) apparently the coupon cannot be used at this location. Completelyunderstandable .. I then told her ok but we still need 3 cookies. As I was getting the money out to pay she walked away and waited on someone behind us. Excuse me... We were still in line and did I did not appreciate being ignored . I like subway but maybe they should spend sometime training for customer service. This happened at 4:30 at Subway in the Clio Walmart....this wasn't the first time. This was a 3rd time for bad customer service.

Worst experience ever took 10 minutes for the girl to get out here then she finally came out made 10 mobile orders wth is this THEN TOOK HER 40 minutes to serve plus had the worst attitude!!!! WORST PLACE EVER Subway more like slow way if I could give zero stars I would!!! Do not recommend never come here
Incredibly rude. The lady making my food was rude. Short with me and just completely unwelcoming. The food was worth maybe $3. Dry, tasteless and just gross despite asking for lots and lots of dressing. Apparently the lady is the area supervisor. If that's true I understand 100% the staff issues at this location. Subway is so worried about "fresher ingredients" to save the company. What about fresher attitudes that actually care about the customers that practically cut their pay check.
Was served a sandwich with partially raw chicken and both my father and I got food poisoning!
Between 3 workers, no one could figure out what meat is supposed to go on a cold cut combo. They just put bologna on my sandwich. no ham or salami. The worker took about 15 minute to make 2 subs for us. I am usually not one to fuss about things like this. However, I expect the people employed by subway to at least know what they're doing. Especially when I am paying over $20 for 2 subs.
