I asked if they had sweet tea and the guy at the speaker said yes, i tasted it, it was raspberry tea. I asked for nachos bell grande and made sure i said only meat and cheese because i am a very picky eater. i open it, it had beans, tomatoes, and sour cream. i also had to re say that i wanted cinnabon delights THREE times because the guy at the speaker “couldn’t” hear me. The guy at the sneaker also was talking very quietly and i couldn’t hear anything and then got rude when i asked him to repeat what he said.

I swore in reference to the Skynet AI that took my order in the drive thru, and the lady who was working the drive thru got very angry at that. It was hilarious and my food was great. I genuinely like this Taco Bell, they always get my stuff just right.

Ai ordering has been perfected. Simple and easy to understand. Quick service the ultimate definition of fast food. Our orders have been correct the multiple times we've gone through drive thru.

I cannot begin to tell you how amazing this Taco Bell is I am from Bay City and I travel quite often. I will wait to get Taco Bell at this exit because the tacos are phenomenal. They come out looking like they do in the commercials. They are so kind they will fix any issues if they ever have any, which they rarely do I stand by this being the best McDonald’s by far in Michigan.
Ordered 12 taco box it had 1 taco worth of meat between them all and was cold as ice. I will NEVER be going here again.

This is just unacceptable, after I work all day I wasn’t expecting a 5 star meal but I ain’t even going to eat the wet mess I was presented in a luxe cravings box it and I wouldn’t recommend it either:(.🫢🤢
