Not only did they take it upon themselves to decorate it amazingly well, fun and festive, but we received numerous compliments on its flavor as well. This bakery has consistently delicious pastries, cookies, bars, pies and other treats. There's always a wide selection to choose from. We've ordered in advance for special occasions and they always had the order ready on time. Staff is very friendly and helpful. There are a few in-store seating spaces, but mostly I would say it's a takeout business.My favorites are the date bars and other fruit bars, and turnovers but I haven't tried anything that wasn't yummy and they frequenty make new recipes for variety.

We ordered Blueberry Filled Cupcakes and Applesauce Cupcakes with Apple Filling for our company anniversary party. Both flavors were delicious and very moist! The Blueberry cupcakes had a blueberry swirl in the frosting with crumble toping. Not only was it beautiful looking, it made it super easy to tell the two flavors apart. I highly recommend Brough Bakery! ?
