Food and coffees are ALWAYS great. Frequented 3 or 4 days a week. Would love to give 5 stars, but this staff needs a real attitude adjustment. Nobody in the morning needs to deal with a negative or unhappy atmosphere. The lady's every morning seem miserable so I haven't been there in couple weeks

Went in while passing by heading up north. Got a bagel with cream cheese. Cashier didn't offer me my change, just closed the drawer and walked away. Luckily it was only $0.19. Bagel had almost no cream cheese and even though no one was in line it took 5 minutes. I watched 3 employees collectively make 1 drink. One held the cup, one slowly poured ice in and the third seemed to be offering moral support. Avoid if you can.

Worst service ever. I ordered a latte for them to tell me that there machine is broken. I ordered a Halloween bucket for them to tell me they don't have them, when they are advertised all over. I also ended up ordering 40 timbits and they shorted us. I have 4 kids and they only gave me 32 donuts when I paid for 40. Trust me my kids know they were shorted

Very disappointed in our service today. Ordered a large hazelnut ice coffee. There was no hazelnut. Medium French vanilla coffee, that was decent.Ordered two everything bagels with cream cheese and butter double toasted. Pretty sure the bagels were just heated up, very very little cream cheese you could not even tell there was any. And our bag was covered in butter on the outside. This location used to be good but for the last couple months the morning has been awful.. never again
What to say, this Tim Hortons in Clio had weak coffee, stale Timbits, and I was interrupting their gab session, it was very clear.

I decided to visit this location instead of my usual one because I was in the area and thought it might be better. I ordered an Iced Caramel Macchiato with an extra shot of espresso. However, when I received my drink, it didn't look or taste like it had any espresso in it.
I drove back to the location and was informed that the espresso machine was not working. I don't understand why this information wasn't communicated to me before I placed my order and paid extra for an additional shot.
Upon returning, they offered a refund or a different drink, but I feel it's unprofessional and untrustworthy to sell something they couldn't deliver without informing the customer upfront.

Very unprofessional staff. Manager was wearing a sweatshirt with "Jesus is Lord" on it. I thought Tim Horton's wore uniforms? Leave your religious opinions at home and represent your brand, not your personal beliefs.

Hi im a Retired Restaurant Manager and Disabled Veteran lived here 41 years and I Pull up, Speaker person welcomes with "order when your ready" No welcome to TH? I explain this is my first time ever at THortons it's gonna be a sec to look at menu and it wasn't even 30 sec. Later the speaker person was being pushy and rushing. I ask for #5 but decided on a #7 with a sigh heard through the speaker ? I gave up trying to finish my order and SETTLED on a crassant meal and the asked for the oreo cold brew and threw the speaker came "is Medium OK?" And repeated "anything else anything else anything else' STOP RUSHING YOUR CUSTOMERS ESPECIALLY NEW POTENTIAL ONES WHO EAT FAST FOOD 3 TIMES A DAY! Can't BRING IN NEW SALES with Booty Customer Service and shelf cold food ? I live next to Police station for christ sakes my food Should be HOTT NOT ROOM TEMP Please Retrain RUDE Drive-Thru, She turned a potential 30$ order into a 12$ over attitude alone No cars behind me and 2 cars at thr pick up She could have gave me a min.
