Ordered Wendy's with Uber eats pickup. Wendy's forgot half the order forgot three orders of chicken nuggets two large fries and one Burger. You pay so much for delivery service and half your order that you paid for is missing. How can they stay in business like this?

Very poor service . Went in and never got waited on. Chaotic. Then Waited fifteen minutes in the drive thru, bring the third car, and the man in front hadn’t even been spoken to. Finally left

The food is always good here. Workers are polite too. Any issues Ive had like a missing or wrong item when I call they're willing to replace it no issues. It's rare my order is ever messed up and they always remember the sauces. My only complaint is around lunch time I'll be in the drive through for over a half hour. It can be stressful if you think you can grab a quick bite to eat on break.
