The crew tonight hit it out of the ball park. Our mobile order was so fresh, hot and DELICIOUS! They were very polite in having us pull up as there was a slight wait for our food, but it was well worth it. Our food was still piping hot when we got home miles away. Very good experience!!!

We just went through drive thru, receipt says Theresa on it. My husband thank her for his card and thanked her for the food and told her to have a good day. She ignored him and shut window on all accounts. Not only is it rude but it’s poor customer service, without customers she wouldn’t have a job and the business wouldn’t be open.

the whole experience was awful from the food to the attitude of staff. they were out of spicy nuggets, and large cups. they messed my entire order up and everything was cold and tasted like it was made a half hour prior to me ordering.

Thank you Jodi for your friendly & kind service! Went through the drive-thru late at night after a long day. It's not easy to find a good meal in this world these days. They made the food fresh & it tasted great. I know the fast food industry is not easy to work in, just want you all to know you made my night better & I am grateful
