I’ve always enjoyed going to Applebee’s, but lately the experience has really gone downhill. The food quality has noticeably declined, and the service isn’t what it used to be. On my last visit, our waitress never even came back to check on us after serving the food. Very disappointing for a place I used to enjoy so much.

Manager that’s from Indiana is rude and unprofessional. Maybe she’s nice to the men but she’s rude to women and loves to roll her eyes! Food wasn’t that great for how much it costs.

Ordered a pickup order. Got there on time, spent 60 dollars for cold food and 12 Oz. Ribye was horrible, mostly fat, used to be a decent place, even fries were cold. Will not do that again.

Foods usually good, stopped in for a quick bite at 4:40, ordered entrees by 5, watched 3 or 4 other groups walk in after us and get served first, didn't get our food until 6 and could tell it had been sitting because the sides were cold and steak started to get cold and tough, all the other groups were almost done eating by then, we both ordered a steak and a side, didn't realize that takes an hour

Ordered double crunch shrimp. Wasn't even single crunch, it was soggy. Wait staff didn't ask how are meal was. Just dropped the ticket. Quality here has diminished since the Covid panic.
Food wasn't cooked right medium rare came out raw, had to send it back twice, then the other food on the plate was cold, but waitress was friendly and other food was good.
