I had an issue with my order and was informed that I would receive a complimentary sandwich. I called the store and spoke to Emily, who was significantly more courteous than the previous manger who answered the phone. She took the time to explain the app to me and was incredibly helpful and patient. Despite my negative experience the previous time, Emily was incredibly sweet and dedicated to resolving my issue. She went above and beyond to assist me and should be recognized for her exceptional work ethic and positive character.

This place needs training from Angola Indiana's Arby's. Freshness and how to make sandwiches! Ordered a ham & Swiss and had different ham on it that was fatty wasnt shaved. Had to go bk and they fixed it but no sorry about that or nothing instead the employee laughed the whole time! Do better!!

Gave great customer service no matter how busy or short staffed they were. They recommended certain menue items. They went above and beyond. Happy to experience great customer service and friendliness!

Is the burgers at Arby’s supposed to be pink?? I know some people may like medium rare burgers or rare or well done but?? It’s supposed to be DONE, and it was pink, tasted the way it smells coming out of the package, the drinks were fine the double roast beef was fine, but the BBQ bacon burger was WAY undercooked, and the big cheesy bacon burger as well both the hamburger on each of those sandwiches were raw,
