Went to drive thru to order. There were 5 vehicles in front of me 3 of the vehicles left after waiting over 25 minutes. The vehicle in front of me pulled up to the order box to place their order and were told they could not take their order due to being too backed up in the lobby! Unacceptable poor customer service and management! I pulled up and they gave me the same explanation. You just renovated this store but if you can't run it effectively and efficiently then don't bother opening the doors!!!! Unacceptable and your store lost too much respect and money on Wednesday December 4,2024!

I’m not one to use DoorDash unless I physically don’t have the time to make dinner or go get it. Tell me how my payment of $40.39 can go through but Arby’s doesn’t get an order for it? How is that DoorDash fault? My dasher waited 20mins before an employee approached him; with someone else’s food who was at the store (either drive or inside). The dasher said Arby’s claims this is the second time within an hour. My issue, if I have a receipt, and proof of payment being taken, then why can’t Arby’s make my food?

Food was hot and fresh. Staff was helpful and kind, but getting my order was slow. Slower then angola Arby's. But they were friendlier and food was better tasting then angola. Definitely worth a bit of a wait.

Ordered two meals and one of the 2 for sixes. Was not given a reciept and missing one of the two for sixes. Went back inside and told the manager. I was told what I ordered and still he dId not give me my reciept. I know what I ordered. Can't help if they messed it up! I Will make sure I post on all my social media how rude and incompetent the Arby's in coldwater, MI is!!!
