Absolutely love Biggby Coffee. They are the Midwest version of Starbucks. They have almost everything you can order at a regular Starbucks and their own special mix of flavors. It’s fall right now so all the delicious pumpkin fall flavors are out. White lightning latte (white chocolate) is my go to and white pumpkin is my current fall order if you want a good recommendation. Pictures below from different trips.

I’ve been in this city for a week on a business trip, and every single morning I placed an online order here. Every time I got the message that my order was “ready,” I went to the store — and not once was my coffee actually ready. Every single day I had to remind the staff about my order and then wait another 10–15 minutes. This is beyond frustrating and completely defeats the purpose of online ordering. Absolutely unacceptable service.

This location is terrible! My mocha latte had no mocha in it! We were in line 25 min for 2 drinks with 4 or 5 cars in front of us. No apology for the wait. When I complained all she said was our machine fell apart. Never have any problems at the other location. They get you in and out!

Of any of the chain coffee shops, Biggby is the one we prefer whenever we are traveling! This opening particular is nice with lots of seating inside, it does have a drive through and they are really nice and helpful. I prefer their waffle breakfast sandwich so hopefully they bring that back.

Got there when 3 cars were in line. Waited for 40 minutes for them to hand me the wrong coffee, then waited longer for the right one and it was cold.

Drinks look nothing like the pictures.. I ordered 4 drinks Got home and I ordered a peppermint latte ..no whip or toppings and no peppermint flavor at all. when they are busy I've noticed they hurry through and things are not right.. Do better....
Service was rude. Tried paying in quarters but cashier was rude and disrespectful. Refused to take the money.

No one greeted us when we walked in. Waited at the front cash for about 7 minutes before having our order taken with 3 employees on staff, with no one else in lobby or in drive-thru. No conversation while waiting.
