This location is terrible! My mocha latte had no mocha in it! We were in line 25 min for 2 drinks with 4 or 5 cars in front of us. No apology for the wait. When I complained all she said was our machine fell apart. Never have any problems at the other location. They get you in and out!

Of any of the chain coffee shops, Biggby is the one we prefer whenever we are traveling! This opening particular is nice with lots of seating inside, it does have a drive through and they are really nice and helpful. I prefer their waffle breakfast sandwich so hopefully they bring that back.

Got there when 3 cars were in line. Waited for 40 minutes for them to hand me the wrong coffee, then waited longer for the right one and it was cold.

Drinks look nothing like the pictures.. I ordered 4 drinks Got home and I ordered a peppermint latte ..no whip or toppings and no peppermint flavor at all. when they are busy I've noticed they hurry through and things are not right.. Do better....

No one greeted us when we walked in. Waited at the front cash for about 7 minutes before having our order taken with 3 employees on staff, with no one else in lobby or in drive-thru. No conversation while waiting.

Great drinks, but they handed me a cold sandwich, I went to confront them and they argued with me about it being cold, like no. Then they handed me an incomplete sandwich but it was at least heated up.

Every time I go to this location it takes 30 min to get a coffee. They are nice enough but not enthusiastic or fast. Numerous times I have given them a chance. This time it took an hour trapped in their drivewayand they still got it wrong

My husband ordered in the drive thru and they mentioned something about not being able to make something as they were out of stock (I can't remember exactly), so my husband clarified if they could make the drinks we wanted. They said yes so we ordered them. My drink was the complete wrong drink—I wanted an iced wild zebra and got the iced game day latte. I would've been fine with the wrong drink since all their drinks are pretty good, but my husband and I are sure they used oat milk in our drinks instead of whatever regular white milk. This made it literally impossible to drink because it was disgusting. And what if I had Celiac's or something that caused me to get sick/be in pain because they didn't ask if I wanted an alternative milk option before just proceeding with it?
