Great coffee place! We don't have these in Iowa. Lots of room. Even has a conference room. Plus a bookshelf with games and used books. It was Cool to see the CEO had written two business books. Probably worth reading. He's done something right.

Ordered frozen drinks, was handed hot ones after a 20 minute wait in line. Not going to recommend this location. Annoying to spend $28 on two drinks and two sandwiches and then have them be annoyed at me that THEY got it wrong.

Requested a refund after wait 30 mins on two lattes, we got two free coupons instead because we had already eaten our sandwich and manger did not know how to refund drinks only. The young boy making drinks that morning was taking 10 minutes + for each drink and making drip coffee. No employee was bothered by or helping him make drinks while a lot of people standing in the store waiting 30 plus minutes. Next morning was going to get our lattes with free coupon was informed espresso machine was down at 730 am.

Call to ask for a receipt and the manager was very disrespectful. Hung up on me and refused to give me a receipt.Emailed the store as requested below and still have not received a copy of my receipt as of 8/1.
