We placed a on line order at 315 pm on 12/24 for pick up at 545pm, when my wife arrived she was told it would be a couple minutes, after waiting 20 minutes she decided to go inside and was told they were slammed with take out orders and the manager in charge walked away as my wife was trying to talk to him, after waiting until 615pm 30 minutes after she had requested it to be ready by, again she ordered 2 1/2 hours before pick up. when she got home the meals were cold, mash potatoes...read full review
Order our food had the steak tips mashed potato with no gravy. It took them 1 hour and 20 minutes for our food. Food was cold and they had gravy on my mashed potatoes. Will never go back
Staff and manager very good with kids! treat my daughter's dolls like real babies for her by giving them highchairs, menus and drinks.
