Sat at the bar 15 minutes no water just a beer. Waiting to get service. No tender to be seen.😞 But this to shall pass. Had to edit my post maybe she was having a bad day. Overall amazing staff that really care. Especially Lindsey she's amazing behind the bar.

Had a great experience at Buffalo Wild Wings thanks to Evaline. She was super friendly, attentive, and stayed on top of everything even when it was busy. Drinks were always full, food came out right, and she kept a great attitude the whole time. You can tell she really cares about doing a good job. Definitely made our visit better — hope to have her as our server again!

BEWARE they might tip themselves if you leave the tip amount unmarked.
I was overcharged almost double my order amount. I have called 3 times now and even left my number for the manager and have yet to hear about a refund on my order. This is beyond ridiculous as my order was on 9/8/2025 and I called the day after to get this issue fixed.

If you're looking for amazing service with a side of wow, then you need to ask for Lindsie . From the moment she walked up to our table, she brought the perfect blend of charm, confidence, and total professionalism — not to mention she’s absolutely stunning. Lindsie knows how to work a room, handle a crowd, and keep every drink filled without missing a beat.
She was quick with the recommendations (all spot-on), had a killer smile that lit up the place, and managed to keep the vibe friendly, flirty, and totally on point. You can tell she loves what she does, and it shows in every detail — from remembering our names to making sure we had everything we needed before we even asked.
Bottom line: Lindsie isn’t just serving — she’s slaying.
10/10 would come back just for her. 🔥

I had a very disappointing experience at the Buffalo Wild Wings in Coldwater, Michigan. My order was prepared incorrectly not once, but three separate times before it was finally corrected. This shows a clear breakdown in communication between the wait staff and the kitchen. While mistakes can happen, the repeated errors and lack of attention to detail reflected poorly on both the service and overall management of this location. As a customer, I expect accuracy and professionalism, and unfortunately, this visit did not meet even the most basic standards.

Ruff. Did me dirty on my fried pickles. They were so not done. Food was cold. Made my girl wait 15 for a refill and when she got her drink, it wasn't even the right drink.

Disappointed with food, prices, and kitchen! Overpriced wings (traditional and boneless) for a plate of tiny wings. Asked for celery with both meals and they delivered 3 pieces plus threw in some carrots! Bartender was mortified with the plate and got more. Apparently they were running out at 6:30pm. We waited almost an hour for our food - wings! Place was not busy (Sunday over holiday). Heard staff saying kitchen crew walked outside to take a break - they were over worked! Only good was our Bartender on her first night by herself. Not coming back.

Had half restaurant empty. Was told they couldn’t even seat us because they couldn’t keep up. There was also a family of four with two little kids that’s was also refused service. As well as a couple that’s was refused as well. Horrible management and service. So we went to Applebees and got seated right away with excellent seevice
