Waited over 45 minutes for our food. With only four tables there. Had to ask for napkins and silverware. 4 young ladies that were ahead of us didn't even get their food until we were walking out.
Then every chair they needed to move the scrapped across the floor making a loud noise, like pick up the chair.

Good experience. Everyone makes mistakes, and it happened this time, but we called and the manager immediately offered us a free credit for what we were supposed to have received. It’s about the service, not the problem. Everyone makes mistakes sometimes. I was still happy to eat what we were given. Great wings, and the staff is awesome every time we stop in.

Food was good, but service was awful. We waited almost 15 minutes for our first beer, when we placed an order we waited 40 minutes before finally telling the server members at our table never got their food orders, just to wait another 15 more for our food with no apology for the delay/wait.
After this near hour wait, a member of our group was almost charged for an item he didn't even get.
Sure enough though as soon as the food was delivered checks came out promptly after.
I've had some awful experiences before at restaurants, but this was definitely up there.

You know I can count on one hand how many times I’ve gotten up and walked out of a restaurant and honestly it’s because this has been the first… we waited to be seated and that took a while, to the point my sister was opening the door for customers coming in and out. But that wasn’t even the part that got me.. what got me was when we were finally seated the man and his family after we were seated we’re waited on, this couple that came in after us ( as we had been sitting there for a few moments) have been waited on and then what made me get up and walked out was the family of 4 maybe 5 sat at the booth got their silverware, menus and drink order as soon as they sat down. We had been sitting there for a solid 20 minutes with just menus in front of us. My brother even tried to get someone’s attention but ME WORKING IN FOOD SERVICE told him “ dude no that’s rude don’t do that!” But shoot maybe I should have let him. I even watched servers standing by the drinking machine just talking and I am very understanding of needing a few moments to just breathe when it’s busy but I didn’t understand what we did to not even get a “ be with you guys in just a moment!!” Seriously just a normal family on a trip to see their brother play baseball.. I am a supervisor for the culinary department at a hospital and I know I’m not a patient in your restaurant but if I had patients waiting even just for some water for the amount of time we did and was provided with no attention I would be livid with my staff. I was thinking it was busy but looking around everyone who was there had already been pretty much waited on. I think time management and communication needs to be talked about amongst your team. We will definitely never be back. Wish I could put a negative zero.. so disappointing.

Initially, the quality of the food was not up to par. However, Timothy's exceptional service truly saved the experience. He ensured our meals were prepared correctly and consistently checked in on us to make sure we were enjoying our dining experience. We greatly appreciate his excellent service.
Went in with a group of 10. Usually I have a good experience at this place. It was busy so we joined the waitlist for about 30 minutes. After waiting we were sat down at our table. We waited over 1 hour for our food to come out. Our waitress names Haylee, never came up to check up on us, to see if we needed drink refills or needed anything. Meanwhile the other waiters were up and around with their tables. We got an appetizer as well and it was the last thing that came out when it should’ve been the first. After receiving our food she never asked if it was okay. We got here at 7:40 and didn’t leave until two hours later. She probably only came up to our table only to get our drinks, order, and to set down the food. After our bill was paid she didn’t hand it out, instead she put them in a pile on the table for us to figure out. Worst service we have received.

Worst service ever, her name was Haylee never asked any of us for a refill never asked if the food was okay, had lack of communication skills she left the cards at the end of the table didn’t even pass them out, the other servers were good and she was never around

Sat there for 10 minutes and not even a greeting. Watched people who came in with us get drinks and still not even a hello. Tables were filthy but waitstaff were standing in the bar area, even made eye contact with us. We did see a table snap their fingers, call the bartenders name and then immediately she came with another round, disregarding other customers. Now I know why the hostess said “good luck”. Nope, love BWS but it is apparent customers aren’t appreciated at this location.

Different than other Buffalo Wild wings I've been to in the past. I liked it. Unfortunately, the chicken sandwich I had was dry & didn't fit the Bun as a sandwich very well.
