Good experience. Everyone makes mistakes, and it happened this time, but we called and the manager immediately offered us a free credit for what we were supposed to have received. It’s about the service, not the problem. Everyone makes mistakes sometimes. I was still happy to eat what we were given. Great wings, and the staff is awesome every time we stop in.
Not my first time in here, but the service is getting better the last two times have been exceptional. Food was amazing atmosphere is always good. Try the new beer cheese cheesesteak it's amazing!
Initially, the quality of the food was not up to par. However, Timothy's exceptional service truly saved the experience. He ensured our meals were prepared correctly and consistently checked in on us to make sure we were enjoying our dining experience. We greatly appreciate his excellent service.
