Food is usually good, service is sometimes great, other times not. Lady at the window yelled at me because I placed a mobile order for drive through and came through the drive through for my order? Order wasn't even made right and all I ordered was a burger

There was mold and slime in catch tray of the fountain machine and cockroaches crawling on dinning area floor. I will NEVER RETURN to this location. I can only imagine the filth in the kitchen area. Makes me sick 😫

Drive through staff is slow and rude.
They get zero stars. This place sucks you ask for fresh food and they just refry the stuff they already have. Run down and employees dont care. I DO NOT RECOMMEND COLDWATER BURGER KING.
This is the second time iv waited in the drive thru 20-25 minutes and know one has taken my order and I was the only car in line both times
Use to be my favorite place last 3 times I’ve been there nothing but rude service I do mobile pickup for the rewards this recent time she said that order has already been picked up and to leave, she was thinking I was trying to steal $7 worth of food when I really just wanted a cheeseburger after work. You won’t get your money back since they don’t have a customer service page that actually works. Save yourself some time go somewhere else foods always cold and they always take forever on every order.
Never had bad service always friendly and I got what I ordered but food is hit or miss. Sometimes super hot and fresh others seems to be a little soggy.
Never seems to get out order right.

Went through the drive-through and told them I had a coupon for two original chicken sandwiches and two medium fries for $7.49. They rang me up for whatever duo deal they have going on right now instead of using the coupon I told them I had When I told them at the window they continued to blame me and say it was my fault for not telling them about the coupon and now I’m trying to call to let them know I’m expecting a refund for the difference in my bank account since they have my coupon And my transaction information. And it just rings for three minutes every time I call I’ve called 4 times now the general manager was not helpful she just came to the window to blame me for not saying I had the coupon after the original employee already tried blaming me
Wish more than one App coupon could be used, but only one can be used at a time. My elderly father does not have a phone with the capabilities of using the app.
The staff in there is always very friendly. They always accommodate to our needs and are very attentive.
Britanie and Matthew were terrific and my order was hot
