Let me tell you! If it were not for Cottage Inn in Coldwater we might starve. We live out in the country, and this is the only place to comes out to us but that's ok because I wouldn't order from anywhere else anyway. The best food. The best service.

The customer service is despicable and the people working on 12/31/24 should be ashamed of themselves and take a customer service class! Pretty awful when you take in a coupon that you previously told them you had before ordering and picking up your pizza and be charged full price. Then asking for a copy of the receipt because the cashier said the coupon was already off and you need to verify. To her replying “I’m not dealing with you.” Ummm…. Excuse me! Who do these people think they are!? I will gladly forward my post and let the community know how awful this place treats their customers!

Cheap, fresh pizza. More variety than Little Caesars for about double the cost. It's what you expect from cheap, fresh pizza. We like the BBQ Chicken pizza, pepperoni, and the taco pizza is decent.
They make a decent Greek salad too.

It's pizza, its expensive, its not better than anyone else.
I ordered a 14 inch deep dish with 2 toppings. Taste was good but the toppings and sauce were not enough. It made the pizza too doughy. Probably would not order again

I bought the pizza today was disappointed. I wanted full tomatoes, onions, peppers, and half chicken. Instead I got half tomatoes and no onions at all. I'm too hungry to go back as you can see and it was a 10 minute trip.
