Hey! So I had an amazing experience today while visiting this specific Culver's! A very kind, thoughtful, beautiful elderly lady named, Wendy, took my order, and made sure I had exactly what I wanted and asked if I'd like any sauce with my cheese curds! I couldn't decide, and decided not to get any! I waited patiently for my order, and while I waited, all the other kind employees smiled very sweetly to me when they passed! When my order was completed, Wendy personally handed it to me, which was so sweet! She made sure that was everything I wanted and insisted I got some sauce with my food! She was very thoughtful, and handed me multiple sauces to try so that I will know what I like and have an easier time deciding next time! Thank you so much, Wendy, for that amazing experience! You are so friendly, caring, sweet, and kind! I appreciate you very much! Keep being the experience that brings light to people's hearts! (Also, the cheese curds were cooked perfectly, with just enough crispiness! And the Culver's ranch sauce pairs really well with them!) We used the drive thru on Sat June 14th, 2025 and from the first person we encountered at the drive thru speaker taking our order, to the window where we paid and received our drinks, to the young man walking back to the store after hand-delivering food to another vehicle ahead of us to the last next young man that brought us our food were all incredibly courteous, thorough and professional. WELL DONE, COLDWATER CULVERS, WELL DONE!!!

I stopped by culver's in coldwater michigan. They were quite busy but were able to get my order out and decent amount of time. I had the atlantic fillet cod sandwich and it was good. It was a nice nice piece of fish batter fried and as expected for a fast food restaurant. It is a step above other fast food restaurants in terms of quality.

I love Culvers and I appreciate that understaffed is a real thing. However, 15 mint for 6 scoops of custard os a little long for me. To be followed up with 6 custards no napkins. It makes giving a 5 star impossible.

Dirty tables, person that took order was rude and did not order what we wanted. Then walked right past us to deliver food. Another employee gave us our food and it was cold. This is not normal for this Culvers. Usually super friendly.
