I had such a great experience at Dairy Queen! My order was made incorrectly at first, but the staff was so kind and helpful about fixing it. They quickly remade it with no problem at all and were super nice the whole time. It really showed how much they care about their customers. Excellent service and delicious treats--I’ll definitely be back!

I am deaf I drive thru. A guy won't accept my order. He told me must go inside. I already write on paper and show him. He said no must go inside. I was pissed off. He discrimination on me. I never go again ever.

Chubby girl working the drive thru late this evening had quite the attitude. If you don’t want to be there then don’t, find a job where you can at least pretend that you are happy. Customer service training is a definite must at this location.

I love DQ, but today this store was wrong. I ordered a large caramel sundae with extra peanuts and they gave me chocolate when the lady come back with sundae I ask if she put extra she go back with an attitude and come back and told me I put an extra scoop. She lie in my face, the sundae was the same amount of peanuts and I paid an extra .99 cents for extra peanuts..it’s frustrating. I did not go back with the receipt because my husband don’t want to turn around. 🤦🏽♀️

One of our favorites to visit, but tonight was not a great experience. Ice cream ended up all over my truck trying to bring it home to the fam. Curious if we should have used 2 carriers to tighten up the cups from dancing all over?
