I had such a great experience at Dairy Queen! My order was made incorrectly at first, but the staff was so kind and helpful about fixing it. They quickly remade it with no problem at all and were super nice the whole time. It really showed how much they care about their customers. Excellent service and delicious treats--I’ll definitely be back!
Amazing atmosphere and the service was amazing manager(rob snyder) even came to my table to ask me about my day and how the food was he definitely made me feel right at home and we will definitely be coming back to this location!!
The general manager had no suggestions. She didn't care whether I got what I wanted, she was just ready to go home it appears. She's a brunette with Glasses who general manages the DQ in Coldwater. The food was amazing, I give congrats to the cooks. But the service from the person who is expected to have the best, was the worst.
