Walked in and it was freezing cold inside, our whole group wore our winter coats the whole time. We also saw an elderly couple go to their car to get their coats. All of the meat in our meals came out dry, overcooked and cold. I asked for sliced brisket and received it chopped which wasn't a big deal, but it was cold. I also had a sausage that was dry and cold. The coleslaw was cold and bland, and the mac n cheese was flavorless. Someone else in our group had the smoked chicken and I had a bite of that, it was black on the outside, extremely dry and cold. It was so overcooked that it was like chewing dense jerky. The employees were nice but it was hands down the worst dine-in I've had in years. Stay away and save your money

Pull pork was dry. The Carolina BBQ sauce was good, but my bun was rock hard. The fried okra was good, little too much salt. The French fries were delicious small cut russet well done.

Really wanted to try this place because I’d heard good things from a friend… save yourself the money and go elsewhere. Waited an extra 10 minutes for “fresh brisket” that was room temperature and so chewy it was like trying to eat a tire. I actually had to spit out portions of my meat because it was so tough I couldn’t eat it. Very disappointed, will not be coming here again

Don’t go during lunch! They just aren’t prepared for business when they are supposed to be open. Yesterday and today are prime examples. Yesterday they are “open” but the door is locked. The open sign was on and it was approx 11:10. Another customer and I waited and knocked on the door. No one came to unlock so we left.
Today I try again. Get their around 11:10, they helping me told me they are completely out of BBQ sauce. Zero available! So I left.
How does a BBQ place not have BBQ sauce. Also out of other entrees, sides a s drink options.
These are the only times. There are others times when and issues that delayed service and food readiness.
According to my experience they haven’t committed to the lunch business.
My husband and I ordered take out, got it home and the buns on our sandwiches were so hard. The loaded mashed potatoes tasted like over cooked instant potatoes.First impression… no good. $40 wasted.
I really wanted to like this place. I think it could be really good. I can't complain about the foods taste. When we received our food though it was cold. We still had to wait 15 minutes after our cold food arrived untill we received our french fries and Texas toast. The young lady working the counter was very nice I just think she was overwhelmed. The ribs were very tough, I really expected better from a barbecue place. I belive our bill was $48 for two people with tip.

The meat had good flavor but the brisket had a ton of fat and not a lot of meat. They were out of all BBQ sauces so it was kinda dry, most of the pop options were out, didn't get our texas toast with order and I'm pretty sure the Mac and cheese is just frozen Stouffer's.
The girl working was all alone and did a great job for as busy as it was.

Greeted when entering, was very friendly. The staff was able to let me sample the turkey before ordering my meal. Was a little worried the meat would be dry and boy was I wrong. They literally surprised me in flavor and service. I will for sure return.
